I have had this vacuum for a little over a year. Seemed ok but not very good on carpet. It is extremely hard for me to push. I don't know why a medium plush carpet would be so hard to vacuum. It's almost like the vacuum head gets caught in the carpet. . The battery wears down very quickly also and the suction is barely there. I should have returned it right away but thought maybe just needed to get used to it. I ended up buying a corded vacuum that is so much better. I'm sure like other people think a cordless vacuum is so easy to take out if it works good that is and the majority of my house is carpet. I should have read the negative reviews instead of concentrating on the positive ones.

Excellent product all round. Easy to use, like a high-tech machine for household chores!

Big mistake that i make to buy this product. Battery only work 15 minutes, charge time 6 hours.

Far surpassed what I expected from a vacuum cleaner!

Strong suction. I also love the self cleaning option.

Love this shark cordless power detect clean and empty system by shark so much! It works so well and is so easy to use and clean. I am so happy with this product!

I bought this vacuum in May 2026 and I used every day up to 3 times a day and it's amazing. It picks up dust and debris so easily. The brush roll spins very powerfully. And the runtime is around 20 minutes on high speed.

Just purchased this product - so far very pleased with its ability to pick up pet hair & cat litter and I really love the self clean feature. Looking forward to continued use to see how it goes!

We received this a few weeks ago, and so far everything about it is wonderful! It picks up and cleans beautifully. We would recommend this to everyone.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago, still getting used to it. Don't like the heaviness on top where my crippled hands go, but i know it's the battery. Next time I will buy a cord vacuum.
