I LOVE MINE! Have multiple dogs, shepherd and husky too, and cats. Lotsa hair! This is a game changer. Fits in between bar stools and under beds perfectly. Don't know what I did without it BRILLIANT too that each piece is sold individually..amd cheaply..if you break it. I abuse mine and it keeps going. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. We appreciate this vacuum a lot. We bought this in replacement of our non-fonctional central vacuum. Key features we like: - Great dirt pickup (we have 3 young children and this vacuum does an awesome job after the meal) - The multiflex feature is a great back saver: the head of the vacuum responds really good even in that position - The surface detection feature is awesome for carpets: dirt pickup on carpets is excellent by the way - Automatic suction mode with dirt detection is a great balanced mode - The edge and corners detection isn't working as good as intended - The charging station is a must for maximal efficiency after having vacuumed - All the accessories work fairly good, but we haven't used them much - Battery autonomy is good: we had enough battery to vacuum roughly our 1900 square foot house (calculating main floor and basement). To summarize, this vacuum does a marvelous job and is a good replacement of a central vacuum. I highly recommend for daily usage and family life.

This is a powerful, light and easy to use vacuum. The stick has joints that can flex so you can vacuum under things that others can’t. It can temporarily get stuck on highly textured carpet but can be manipulated to work. I love this vacuum however, it is extremely powerful and can quickly plug the foam pre filter . The pre filter must be cleaned more often than you think, there are no signs like loss of suction. This can damage the motor. It does require more checking than a normal vacuum but easy cleans more effectively.

Do not buy this product!!!! We have owned it for less than a month and the front roller has already fallen out and broken from normal vacuum use! When you call the warranty department they will notcover it under. Shark knowingly has a part that fails and refuses to cover after you spend 500 on a vacuum. There are multiple parts that aren’t covered, buyers beware!!

Absolutely love this cordless vacuum, the clean and empty feature is great! I am a big fan of Shark products and this is by far the best purchase yet! It holds charge well and I can do my whole house with ease and I love the auto sense as well, it makes cleaning seamless when moving from hardwood to carpet. It vacuum's my shaggy rugs as well!

I bought my first Shark a few weeks ago. I’m loving it! I was actually surprised at how well it picked up ground in dirt and grime from my area rug. Love the feature of emptying itself! IP3000 series is the way to go! POWERDETECT clean and empty is just an awesome little upgrade. I named it Tony Shark 😆 and when I’m going to sweep I always tell my husband that me Tony Shark are going to dance around the house for a bit.

The quietness of this vacuum is amazing and I t picks up great! I was concerned about the battery losing charge. We figured out it was best to let the sensors do the job. As long as the as getting is at the lowest or medium setting, the sensors goes back and forth. The highest setting will cause the battery to get hot and lose charge faster. That is a safety feature. We live it and it is better than Dyson or any Shark I have had in the past. You have to try it to believe it yourself!

I’m absolutely loving my new shark cordless vacuum and I love how my hair does not get trapped in the roller head. I love the lights on the head and how when you vacuum the edges it sucks higher. I would not change a thing. I love automatic emptying every time I vacuum.

I LOVE Shark!!! I really wanted this vacuum!!! I have the step down from this. It only sucks going forward. When this came out I was so excited that it sucks both forward and backward. My corded Shark I had since 2016!!!! And it finally pooped out this summer. I recently had major back surgery so needed light light light. I have dogs and cats so try and vacuum every other day. After reading reviews I’m not going to purchase this vacuum. :( AND it’s on sale too!!! :’( Hoping a newer one will come out fixing all the issues!!!

It has multiple ways it can be used depending on your vacuum needs, and switching between them is very easy. You can complete small jobs in minutes. The suction on this machine is amazing and also adjustable if you need extra power or want to use eco boost. It also does forward and reverse pickup. Battery life is about 70 minutes. One really cool feature is the auto-empty dock, which saves you from having to empty the canister each time while keeping the dust inside, along with odor neutralizer technology to keep it smelling fresh. The only downside is that it feels a bit heavy to use, but overall I would absolutely recommend the Shark Power Detect. 👍
