I received this about a month ago and absolutely love it. Battery life is more than sufficient for my 1600 sq ft house. Suction has been great and I appreciate the display that shows you which areas are particularly dirty. I also appreciate not having to empty the dirt cup every time I use it. And I love that there is no cord. It seems so easy and quick to vacuum now that I find myself doing it much more frequently. I do wish an under appliance want attachment was available for this model, but maybe it will sometime soon. This replaced my older Shark stick corded vacuum which was problem free for many years. Ovreall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Cordless PowerDetect Clean & Empty System Vacuum left me underwhelmed. For the price, it feels flimsy, and the suction power falls short compared to competitors but it makes ir less noisy. The self-emptying base doesn’t add much value since you still have to empty it, and it takes up unnecessary space. It gets the job done, but it’s far from impressive.

So far, so good, I need one of these due to mobility problems from bone and muscle problems. It's a lot easier to use than a traditional vacuum cleaner. I can actually vacuum the entire house using multiflex because it reduces strain on my arm and shoulders. It is a lot more powerful than our Vertex was and I like the easy empty feature. The boost mode is great for stubborn dirt. There are some downsides, it is extremely difficult to use if the carpet nap isn't followed. The big Shark upright vacuum cleaner has lights so you can see when using the attachments, I wish this were available on the cordless models.

I love this vacuum, especially the automatic empty. No more dust clouds. The only thing, the battery, when it's unplugged and in use the charging bolt status stays on like it's still on the charger and i have never had a battery life number to indicate it needs charging. That's very strange to me. This started at day one of purchase.

It works very welll in regular, but it does not do so well in backwards & when it turns the foot gets stuck sometimes. It is harder to manueuver than my previous ones. It seems super heavy I also wanted to extend the warranty and it would not let me & the clean & empty system & battery are not as long. The battery life could be better I decided to get a hand vac for dusting, walls & corners.

I bought this vacuum less than 30 days ago and I am not happy with its performance. We have hardwood floors with area rugs throughout our home. On some of the area rugs it just shuts off and on others it works great until it doesn’t. I start vacuuming and it’s nearly moving itself and has great suction power, I then go to another part of the rug or change direction and it won’t move. Still running and still picking up stuff but it literally will not move. Same rug, just a different part of the rug. No change in texture or height. No pad or backing on the rug, sits flush to the floor. I can’t have a unit that only cleans up half the room. I also found that the battery only lasts for about 30 minutes on a full charge on the regular setting ( not eco, not the highest setting). I’m very disappointed because it had great suction and I really like the self cleaning unit. I’ll be returning the product.

so far it’s working very well.. very convenient that it empties itself. I love that feature. It really picks up and I love how it gets the edging very close. I don’t use it for a long time just couple minutes so I never run the battery out. I only have a few area rugs. One of them be in wall and it really cleans it well.

I've had my shark cordless auto empty for a month now and am loving the covenience of grabbing it anytime for a quick vacuum or a deep cleaning. It is so easy to manuever and get into tight spots so no more moving every piece of furniture. The amount of stuff it picks up is amazing! The docking and automatic dumping is so easy. Mostly I'm so thankful I'm not tripping over a cord anymore! So glad I gave this vacuum a leap of faith!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start, I was hesitant to get this vacuum since, i regularly clean, I always struggled with the vacuum I had and, I personally thought that this vacuum would be like any other standard vacuum, but I want to say do NOT underestimate this vacuum, this vacuum genuinely made me love cleaning, it has three different modes, a battery saving mode which you won’t even likely need since this vacuum can clean my whole house and more under one charge, the suction power is EXCELLENT. It cleans very well, it’s super easy to handle, and like any other vacuum it’s loud, but not exceedingly loud, you’re able to separate the vacuum in three different modes, one for small cleanups and the other two for far deep cleanings, you can also fold the vacuum to reach hard to reach areas, ESPECIALLY under the bed and the couches, and you don’t even have to worry about moving them. Overall, amazing vacuum 10/10 recommend 100% worth it.
