Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We understand how frustrating it is when it’s not self-emptying and the battery isn’t lasting as expected, especially when you’re relying on it to make things easier. Please know this isn’t the experience we want for you, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with the relevant teams to help improve both our products and overall experience. In the meantime, we recommend taking a look at our self-help troubleshooting guide below, which includes steps to help resolve both the self-emptying and battery concerns: https://support.sharkninja.com/article/IP3000-Series-Shark-POWERDETECT-Cordless-Vacuum-Troubleshooting-Guide-ca If the issue continues after trying those steps, you’ll also find instructions at the end of the guide on how to get in touch with our support team.
