Other brands are better. Very short battery life.
Bought this product and was disappointed in the battery life also service support they were horrible Too many robot and when I got to a live person they don’t know what to do or help with the battery issues. They keep trying to go through unnecessary steps for clogged hose. Asking me to drop a penny down it. What the heck does that have to do with the battery. Only last like 5 to 7 mins. Needs a recharge.

Less than ok.
Let me preface by stating we have a 3 dog and 2 cat household. Run time is maybe 20 minutes . Collection bin is too small requiring multiple emptyings. My biggest complaint though is my wrist aches after vacuuming . Just seems balance is off and have to over compensate with my wrist to guide it where I want it to go. This model was recommended to me by Shark who knew all of our "environmental " issues(#of dogs and cats) beforehand.

Great design & features
I bought this three months ago for our new home. It picks up all the a Great Features !!changer. It lasts for approximately 45 days before you have to empty it and with the push of a button you empty it into the trash and not having to worry about having vacuum bags on hand, Best design & features Shark could have made.
Everything about it
Well worth the price I have a Geman shepherd and a Australian ridgeback and leave dog tinsel everywhere. We use it everyday the convenience of no cord combined with the run time and power are unmatched. I have had other high end brands before and this works so much better. Also you gotta love the automatic container that eliminates all the dust.
Severe Disappointment
I hesitate between one and teo stars simply because it’s easy to maneuver and self-cleaning; however I bought this in November for our new apartment—which is only 1-level, about 1100 sq ft—and it works half as well in only four months time. I am now having to go back over the same areas multiple times to get some of the dirt up, picking up pieces big enough to see the vacuum missed, and it won’t clean the whole apartment at one time, has to be recharged. Nothing happened to it. It worked better at first. I have bought nothing but sharks for almost two decades and this may be my last.

Good vacuum for pet hair
I like the lights that help show all the dirt/dog hair. Our dog sheds like crazy and this vacuum does a good job keeping up. I like that the arm bends to get under furniture. The head easily flips up into the resting position so 3-4 times while vacuuming our whole house I have to flip it back down. The auto-sensing suction is a bit delayed so I usually choose the mode myself to be more efficient. It doesn’t maneuver as easily as our Dyson v8 animal did and it is significantly heavier, but overall it’s a good vacuum so far.

Completely failed product design
This is a total design disaster. Every time I put the vacuum on the station to suck the dust out, there are debris blocking the vacuum’s dust bin cap closing and leave the bin unsealed. You will see dust flying all over the place when you use the vacuum with the dust bin unsealed. Also the button to manually open the dust bin is sensitive(the bin is completely opened just with 1/3 push of the button) located at the extremely easy-to-be-pushed spot, so when you are unaware you will dump all the dust and debris on you and the floor when you are carrying the vacuum after the cleaning. This happened really many times and it is definitely from a stupid design work rather than just clumsy of me.

Excellent vacuum!!
I’m absolutely loving my new shark cordless vacuum and I love how my hair does not get trapped in the roller head. I love the lights on the head and how when you vacuum the edges it sucks higher. I would not change a thing. I love automatic emptying every time I vacuum.
Not good on rugs
Thought the vacuum was gonna be great till we put it on an area rug. It sucks up the area rug instantly and will not run at all. Also sucks up any smaller rug instantly and will not run very disappointing. I thought this was gonna be a much better vacuum on a rug where you need it the most. I don’t recommend this to anyone with rugs I will be returning because if I cant vacuum and ruin in my house what’s the point

Great features and easy to use!
Absolutely love this cordless vacuum, the clean and empty feature is great! I am a big fan of Shark products and this is by far the best purchase yet! It holds charge well and I can do my whole house with ease and I love the auto sense as well, it makes cleaning seamless when moving from hardwood to carpet. It vacuum's my shaggy rugs as well!
