Customer reviews for Bissell PowerClean FurFinder Corded Stick Vacuum with FurFinder Headlights forA Game Changer For Busy Homes With Pets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll be honest, when I first received this vacuum, I was a little bummed because I had just vacuumed my house. But I decided to try it anyway, and I was honestly shocked at how much dirt and pet hair it still picked up. The built-in headlights literally called out everything I missed, and it was kind of crazy (and satisfying) to watch it all disappear. The headlights are probably one of my favorite features. They make you want to keep vacuuming because you can actually see every little bit of dirt, especially in spots you’d normally overlook. And the self-standing design…wow. I have limited space, so being able to just stand it anywhere without leaning it against something or installing a holder is a huge plus. I used to have a cordless stick vacuum, and the most frustrating part was the battery dying before I could finish cleaning. With this one being corded, I can clean my whole house without stopping and still enjoy all the benefits of a stick vacuum. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, quick to use, and super easy to store. I also love the color and overall design. The dirt container looked small at first, but it actually holds a lot, even with dog hair, cat hair, and kids making messes all day. The suction is great, and it handles everything really well. Overall, I genuinely love everything about this vacuum and would definitely recommend it, especially for busy households with pets and kids.
Great Vacuum for Cats
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been enjoying this vacuum. We have carpeted stairs and an upper floor that have been taken over by two cats. The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder had made it easy to keep up with all the fur they shed. The swiveling head makes it easy to maneuver on said stairs and around and under furniture. The suction is adequate for both the aforementioned stairs and a hallway rug that they like to do yoga on. Speaking of the hallway, I found that the cord is long enough to cover most of the upper story without having to move the plug to another outlet. I’ve had battery operated vacuums before that don’t hold a charge for both the stairs and full upper story, so this is nice. My one gripe is storage for the additional attachments. These attachments are great and useful for getting into crevices or quickly clearing fur off a comforter, but the sack for storing them seems a tad snug - you gotta fiddle with the attachments to ensure they fit neatly in the sack. I’m also not sure how well it’ll hold up over time.
Self Standing Vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with how easy this vacuum was right from the start. Setup was quick and simple straight out of the box, and it even included a fun bonus, a cute cat cubby made from the packaging. Using the vacuum is just as easy as assembling it. The extra-long cord is a huge plus, allowing me to clean large areas without constantly switching outlets. With five animals in my home, pet hair is a constant challenge, but this vacuum handled it effortlessly without getting tangled. It also picked up everyday dirt and debris with no issues. One of my favorite features is the self-standing design. I can pause cleaning and set it down anywhere without worrying about it tipping over, which is especially convenient in a larger home. The built-in headlights are another great touch as well. They made it much easier to spot hidden dirt on carpet and hardwood floors. Emptying the dust container is quick and straightforward, which I really appreciate. My only minor complaint is that I wish the container were a bit larger, but since it’s so easy to empty and reassemble, it’s not a major issue. Overall, this vacuum is powerful, user-friendly, and very convenient, especially for pet owners.
Bissell Powerclean Furfinder
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I really like the Bissell PowerClean Furfinder. It is really powerful and cleans up a lot of pet hair, kid messes, and debris that other (bulkier) vacuum cleaners miss. Considering we deal with both pet and kid messes, this vacuum checks all of the boxes. I really like the fact that it gives you the option of high versus low power. The low power option cleans up little messes easily (snacks spills, etc). It is great for using after meals with young kids because you can remove the lower part and it works well as a handheld vacuum cleaner. I prefer the high power option overall; it’s great for cleaning carpets, rugs, and hardwood floors. It does a really great job of picking up pet hair on the first pass too. The suction on this vacuum is better than other vacuums I’ve had in the past. The design of the Bissell Powerclean makes it easy to use and convenient. There are multiple attachments as well as the ability to go from an upright vacuum cleaner into a handheld vacuum cleaner with the click of a button. The design makes it so both adults and kids can use it with ease. The top portion is a little bit heavier than the bottom, so that may be something people may not love as much, but it’s still very lightweight overall. One of my favorite parts is the headlights. I’ve never had a vacuum cleaner with headlights before and it makes all of the difference. Since most of our flooring is hardwood, pet hair hides easily. The headlights illuminate darker areas and make it easy to see pet hair and other debris. All in all, I love several things about this vacuum cleaner. The cord length is great and enables you to go into several different rooms without having to move power outlets. As I mentioned before, the suction power is very strong. The maneuverability of the vacuum cleaner is definitely a plus, as is the adaptability for different uses (upright, handheld, handheld with extension). It’s easy to use under furniture and couches, on table tops, rugs/thicker fabric areas, furniture, hardwood floors, etc). Bissell has made a great product!
Corded Vacuum of my Dreams
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed by this corded FurFinder vacuum! Out of the box it was assembled within minutes and ready to go. The instructions are easy to understand and follow. I use it on rugs, hard flooring, carpets and upholstery and was shocked to see how much dust and dog fur it picked up on the first pass. We previously regularly cleaned with another top-of-the-line cordless vacuum, but clearly it was leaving so much behind. The cord is a great length for our large, open-floor-plan home (4000sq ft), and still feels lightweight, like a cordless vacuum would. I love that I can vacuum my entire house with high-suction, where cordless options run out of battery long before I am done. I was surprised by how sturdy the vacuum is in the self-standing position, even with the added weight of a cord. The dust compartment is easy to empty and replace, and nothing gets caught in the removable roller. A few other things that work great for me— the bright headlights help when vacuuming under furniture and across patterned tile, to make sure I don’t miss anything. The accessories work great for couches, side chairs and narrow crevices. It is the quietest vacuum I’ve owned, which is great for doing chores while kiddos are sleeping! My picture shows what I gathered in the first pass over a 9x12 rug that is regularly vacuumed. As a family with allergies to dust and dander, we really love this vacuum.
Lightweight and quiet for everyday cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder Corded Vacuum is a solid, no-frills vacuum. On performance, the suction is strong; it handles standard carpets and hard floors really well, with especially good pickup on hard surfaces. On low-pile rugs, pet hair comes up easily, though you’ll get the best results with a couple of passes. It does struggle a bit more on shaggier rugs, where hair tends to stay more embedded. I loved the light feature - it was my first experience with it and I would it useful to get all the bits. Would love it if the light were warmer in hue. I was less impressed with the attachment experience. While it’s nice that it comes with a storage bag, it’s not particularly practical—some tools don’t fit well, and there’s no built-in way to store attachments directly on the vacuum. Swapping tools also isn’t as intuitive as it could be, which makes quick transitions a little clunky. That said, the overall usability is a strong point. It’s very lightweight, easy to push and pull, and steers smoothly around furniture. It’s also noticeably quieter than higher-end vacuums, which makes a real difference for everyday use—especially in a busy household. Build quality felt more functional than premium. It does feel somewhat plasticky, but not fragile—just not something that gives you that “this will last forever” feeling.
We’re glad you’re enjoying the lightweight, quieter performance and strong pickup on hard floors and low‑pile rugs with the PowerClean® FurFinder™ Corded Stick Vacuum. For thicker rugs, a couple of slower passes can help improve pet hair pickup, and we appreciate your feedback on attachment storage and the LED light tone. Worth It
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked how easy this vacuum was to set up. I was able to figure it out without even looking at the instructions, which I always appreciate. The suction is really good and it picked up pet hair, crumbs, and everyday messes so well. I have two big dogs and four kids, so there is always something on the floor, and this handled it like a champ. This is honestly my favorite part because it picks up a lot more debris and pet hair than I expected. It worked best for me on carpet and even did a great job vacuuming the couch and other upholstered areas. I also loved how lightweight it is because that made it easy to carry around the house without feeling heavy or bulky. One thing I really liked was how simple it was to empty the canister. Dumping out the dirt and hair was quick and not messy, which is a big plus for me. I also liked how easy it was to take apart and switch over to the attachments when I needed to clean furniture or smaller spaces. I also love that it is corded. I never have to wait for it to charge, which makes cleaning faster and easier for my busy days. Another thing I really liked is that it stands up on its own. I do not have to lean it on anything or take it apart, which makes it super convenient when I need to pause and chase after my kids for a second. The built in lights are also a great touch. They really help you see dust and pet hair in those darker or hard to reach areas. The only things I did not love were that the attachments are stored in a separate bag instead of on the vacuum itself, and it did not work quite as well on hard floors. Overall, I would definitely recommend this vacuum, especially for homes with more carpet, pets, and kids. It is simple to use, lightweight, and makes cleaning up everyday chaos a lot easier.
Great everyday vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Genuinely curious where this vacuum has been all my life. I have been sweeping my hardwood floors like an 1800’s pioneer woman for far too long. I guess I didn’t know what I was missing. The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder is perfect for everyday messes that you need to quickly clean up. I have been able to easily suck up pet hair, skittles, glitter, small legos, dog toy stuffing, mulch and just about any other mess dogs/kids can make. It does struggle to pick up larger things, like a big piece of mulch or a large wrapper, but overall the suction power is great. The self standing design is so convenient. You can stop vacuuming and leave the vacuum right where it stands, without worrying it’s going to fall over and ding the walls. I love that the vacuum is corded because I really think that strengthens suction power compared to battery operated vacuums. The headlights are 10/10. I honestly do not think I could purchase another vacuum that did not have headlights. It’s shocking all of the pet hair and crumbs I would miss without it. I am also impressed with how versatile this vacuum is. You can use it for big messes, or make it a handheld vacuum for little messes. It comes with many different attachments that allow you to customize the vacuum based on the mess. It even comes with a bag to hold said attachments. This Bissell is great on carpet and hardwood, although I prefer it on the hardwood. It’s versatile and convenient making it a great every day vacuum for everyday messes.
Best Vacuum for Kids and Pets Bissel Furfinder
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really impressed with how well this vacuum performs for everyday cleaning, especially in a home with pets. Everyday messes: This vacuum does a great job handling daily messes. It easily picks up pet hair from both carpets and hard floors, and I noticed it grabs fine debris like crumbs and dust in just one pass. It’s especially effective with embedded pet hair, which can be a challenge with other vacuums. Larger debris is generally picked up well too, though you may need to go over bigger pieces once or twice depending on the surface. Overall, the suction feels strong and reliable for regular use. Self-standing design: One of my favorite features is the self-standing design. It’s incredibly convenient to be able to pause cleaning and have the vacuum stand upright on its own without leaning it against a wall. It makes quick cleanups much easier and adds to the overall usability, especially when moving room to room. Built-in headlights: The headlights are surprisingly useful. They really help illuminate hidden dust, pet hair, and debris, especially underneath furniture or along baseboards. I found myself noticing dirt I would have otherwise missed, which made cleaning feel more thorough. What I liked most: What stood out most to me is how well this vacuum is designed for pet owners. Between the strong suction, specialized pet hair tools, and the headlights that reveal hidden messes, it feels like it’s built specifically to tackle daily cleaning of fur and everyday dirt efficiently. It’s also lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes a big difference for frequent use. This is a solid, practical vacuum that balances power, convenience, and thoughtful features. It’s especially great for pet owners who want something effective for daily cleaning without a lot of hassle.
Powerful heavy handheld but not as floor vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum motor is really heavy when attached to the floor attachment. Somebody that is smaller or doesn’t have good upper arm strength would struggle to vacuum with this. It’s also very top heavy and tips easy. I’m afraid if this falls on my hard floors, it would crack. The floor attachment works well for getting dog hair and crumbs off of hard floors, but did not work so well on cleaning the carpets or rugs. It got a lot of hair up thanks to the genius hair rollers, but not much debris. It was nice to get underneath low furniture and in tight spaces and the lights really helped to make sure I could see where the dirt was. However, my arms got tired before even finishing vacuuming our main living area floor. Taking off the floor vac attachment and using it as a corded hand vacuum I had a lot more positive of an experience. Although it’s heavier I could hold it in a position that was more comfortable and use two hands. It’s pretty powerful and allowed me to get in cracks like behind cupboards and between cushions so easily. The connections between the pieces seems very secure and less likely to break than other models I’ve used. Its really easy to remove the dirt canister and dump, although it doesn’t hold much. Again, this makes it better for handling small clean ups and not as an everyday floor vacuum. One thing I do love is the filtration. It’s really easy to clean and remove and replace both of the filters! Yes, two! I absolutely love the color of it, and the cord storage when using it as a hand vacuum only. There is a button to select high and low powers… this is nice for a cordless vacuum where you want to conserve battery power but I’m not sure why you would want low power on a corded vacuum. To me this seems like a pointless feature. Overall, I really like it as a powerful corded hand VAC, but the floor attachment is not comfortable to use and it would be better to just have a separate upright vacuum for daily use on floors.
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry the machine felt uncomfortable to use as a floor vacuum. We understand how the weight and balance could cause fatigue, and we appreciate you sharing how it performed better as a handheld. Your insights are valuable and will be shared with our product team.
