Customer reviews for Bissell PowerClean FurFinder Corded Stick Vacuum with FurFinder Headlights forNew Favorite Vacuum with Kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder Corded vacuum handled all kinds of messes in my house. From pet messes to kids spilling dry ramen all over the floor everything cleaned up with ease. I was impressed with how the vacuum was able to handle larger pieces of dry ramen noodles as well. I loved how not only did the vacuum do a great job at picking up messing the self standing design made pausing mid vacuum to tend to my kiddos needs with easy. As a mom of three rarely does a chore or any task get completed without an interruption and this made those pauses easy! The headlights on the vacuum helped me find little debrief and pet hair with ease to make sure all was caught and off my floors! Overall I loved that the suction was strong and that with the self standing design I could pause and resume with ease. I would highly recommend this vacuum!
Corded Upright Vacuum with Amazing Headlights
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mama to a bunch of adventurous kids and a few fur babies who constantly track dirt and debris into the house, I really appreciated the variety of attachments that came with this vacuum. I’ve been using the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder Corded, and overall I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5. It does a good job picking up everyday messes like pet hair and crumbs. That said, I expected a bit more power since it’s a corded vacuum. It’s definitely not bad, just not quite as strong as I had imagined. I’d rate the suction about a 3.5 out of 5 on the main attachment, which does have amazing headlights. Interestingly, the crevice tool felt much stronger—I'd give that a 4.5 out of 5. One of my favorite features is that it stands up on its own. It’s so convenient to pause and move things around without having to lean it against something or lay it down. The headlights on the front are fantastic, super bright and wide-reaching. They helped me spot dirt and pet hair I definitely would have missed otherwise, which was a pleasant surprise. My absolute favorite part, though, is the crevice tool. It gets into corners better than any vacuum I’ve used before, which is a huge win in a busy household like mine. Overall, it’s a really good vacuum with some standout features, and I’d happily recommend it to friends.
Great Vacuum for Cats
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been enjoying this vacuum. We have carpeted stairs and an upper floor that have been taken over by two cats. The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder had made it easy to keep up with all the fur they shed. The swiveling head makes it easy to maneuver on said stairs and around and under furniture. The suction is adequate for both the aforementioned stairs and a hallway rug that they like to do yoga on. Speaking of the hallway, I found that the cord is long enough to cover most of the upper story without having to move the plug to another outlet. I’ve had battery operated vacuums before that don’t hold a charge for both the stairs and full upper story, so this is nice. My one gripe is storage for the additional attachments. These attachments are great and useful for getting into crevices or quickly clearing fur off a comforter, but the sack for storing them seems a tad snug - you gotta fiddle with the attachments to ensure they fit neatly in the sack. I’m also not sure how well it’ll hold up over time.
This thing SUCKS in a good way
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is some serious power on this vacuum! I have been a long time user of cordless vacuums, but was curious to see the difference. Yes, plugging it in and being tethered to the wall is slightly annoying, but honestly it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. The cord is long enough to really get what I need to get done in any given area of my house. I was very impressed with how powerful and thorough this vacuum was. We have light floors, a black dog and a black cat. Even though I thought I was getting a lot of the hair with my cordless vacuum the carpets still just looked kind of dingy… not anymore. Turns out there was hair still stuck in the rugs. I really appreciated the lights, I have never had a vacuum with that feature before, but I see the value now (no pun intended). Overall this is a very solid stick vacuum, I was impressed with its power and would not hesitate to recommend it to those with families (the crumbs!!) and/or pets.
Excellent for Everyday Cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used several kinds of stick and traditional vacuums on my wood kitchen flooring, I found them to be not as effective as I had hoped. The traditional ones had power, but often were too large to get between chair legs and other obstacles easily. The stick vacuums I've tried have all been cordless, which was handy at times, but a pain when they'd have consistently low batteries or would die mid-job. However, this hybrid (stick vacuum, but with a cord) has allowed enough power to be delivered while still keeping my vacuum cleaner light and easy to use. As you can see from my pictures, it handled the everyday crumbs (like toast crumbs) with ease on the hard surfaces, and can even tackle larger items (like whole almonds and cough drops wrappers) on my carpet. (The lighter dots in my picture were yogurt drops from that morning that will require a mop to clean.) The self-standing design is helpful during the cleaning process, but the vacuum doesn't have enough weight versus its height to make it practical to leave standing, especially since I have young children running around. I do store it in a closet. Thankfully, it doesn't take up much space, so allowing it to lean up against a corner isn't a problem. Though the cord is generously long, allowing me to vacuum several rooms without switching outlets, it all can be wrapped up easily on the cord storage hooks, which is very much appreciated. The lights can be very helpful when vacuuming in a low light situation, or in the evening when I don't feel like turning on the overhead lights, though on some surfaces, the light can cause a bit of a glare. It is useful for vacuuming underneath furniture, and the head of the vacuum is short enough that it can reach farther under my couches than my traditional vacuum. This vacuum truly delivers the best of both worlds: power that doesn't require a recharge and a lightweight design that allows for moving it easily throughout the house.
Great for getting under tight spaces
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To preface, I have two long hair cats that shed a lot as well as the majority of my home being hard flooring. First impression was it is very small space friendly. Doesn't take up a lot of space and it’s easy to store. However, the self standing feature is a bit wobbly because of the weight of the main frame where the handle is. It is more top heavy so it doesn’t feel as sturdy and can be knocked over easily. As for the suction feature I was impressed! The suction power is pretty good considering the size of the vacuum. I have to vacuum everyday because my two long haired cats and toddler track litter, cat hair and crumbs all over the floor. This honestly has been my go to for quick clean ups and it gets extra brownie points for the built in head lights! My favorite thing about this vacuum is the fact that it can get under small, tight spaces very easily and it has a long cord! This can easily get under beds! The cord is a bit of a pain to wrap up since its so long but it beats having to unplug it and plug it in again to vacuum another part of the house. Overall I am very happy and impressed. This has been my new go to for quick clean up on hard floors!
Really impressed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really happy with the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder Corded Vacuum. It handles everyday messes extremely well, especially pet hair. It easily picks up fur, crumbs, and even larger debris from both hard floors and carpets, often in just one pass. The suction feels strong and consistent, which makes quick cleanups really easy. The self-standing design is incredibly convenient. I love being able to pause cleaning and set it upright without having to lean it against a wall or lay it on the floor. It’s a small feature that makes a big difference when moving around the house. The built-in headlights are also surprisingly helpful. They really illuminate hidden dust and pet hair along baseboards and under furniture so nothing gets missed. What I like most is how lightweight, easy to maneuver, and effective it is for daily cleaning. It feels thoughtfully designed for pet owners and busy households.
A Vacuum to Survive Kids Kitties and Curls
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of 4 from teen to toddler, with long curls and kitties in the mix, there is shedding and mystery crumbs everywhere. The mix of tile, hardwood, vinyl flooring and carpets also helped the Bissell FurFinder get a workout right out of the box! The suction is surprisingly strong, pulling hair from along walls and edges, and not having to stop to clear the brush head felt like a miracle in this house. No dusty fingers, no clogs, and no loss of suction! Of course there was the occasional snack explosion, courtesy of the little ones which challenged the Bissel, but nothing I didn't expect. The larger chunks (~3/4") gave it the hardest time or couldn't be picked up at all. It seamlessly moved from carpet to hardwood to tile, even picking up cat food along baseboards. I assumed a stick vacuum wouldn't be able to stand on its own, but not once has it fallen over. It's well balanced and much more convenient to grab and store quickly. There's a hidden perk to not having a dock stationed on the wall or a vacuum hanging out in the open that makes you realize just how much more versatile storing something can be. The dust container appeared small, which initially worried me, but it actually holds more than expected. The cord is extremely long and allows me to move freely between bedrooms, hallways or the main living area swiftly, without constantly stopping to change outlets. This makes cleaning quicker and more efficient, which allows extra me time. The accessories are easy to swap and expand what you can clean. I was able to clean the house, the car, outdoor rugs and finally removed a cobweb that's been living rent free in our living room since Christmas. The crevice tool and wand extension make it very easy for anyone to get into hard to reach places, the dusting attachment allowed me to clean the blinds, and the upholstery tool made it easy to clean King George's Kitty Kastle. Even my 3 year old was able to vacuum on his own after we broke the vacuum down to just the motor and roller. I couldn't tell who was happier about it, me or him! The built in headlights also showed me what I was missing out on, literally and figurately. They highlighted messes I missed on both carpet and hard floors and made it easy to clean up rooms during naps or night time without disrupting anyone. Overall I love how versatile this vacuum is for everyone in my house to use. Heavy, bulky vacuums were never a favorite but I would prefer it over cordless vacuums that die often or don't give the same suction power. This really feels like the best of both, giving compact AND powerful; and the LO setting works great for area rugs that usually make my vacuums panic and stop working. My only complaint is that the dust cup occasionally sticks. Forcing it open can cause spills and more cleaning, but I can adjust. This is a powerful, convenient, user friendly vacuum that I would highly recommend to those with kids, pets, several floor types... or Rapunzel herself. Daily messes become much less stressful with the right tools.
We’re so glad it’s keeping up with kids, kitties, curls, and all the “mystery crumbs,” and that the strong suction, balance, and versatility are making daily cleanups easier. For the dust cup sticking, making sure it’s fully aligned when reinstalling and emptying it over a larger bin can help reduce spills, especially when it’s packed full. Best Vacuum for Kids and Pets Bissel Furfinder
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really impressed with how well this vacuum performs for everyday cleaning, especially in a home with pets. Everyday messes: This vacuum does a great job handling daily messes. It easily picks up pet hair from both carpets and hard floors, and I noticed it grabs fine debris like crumbs and dust in just one pass. It’s especially effective with embedded pet hair, which can be a challenge with other vacuums. Larger debris is generally picked up well too, though you may need to go over bigger pieces once or twice depending on the surface. Overall, the suction feels strong and reliable for regular use. Self-standing design: One of my favorite features is the self-standing design. It’s incredibly convenient to be able to pause cleaning and have the vacuum stand upright on its own without leaning it against a wall. It makes quick cleanups much easier and adds to the overall usability, especially when moving room to room. Built-in headlights: The headlights are surprisingly useful. They really help illuminate hidden dust, pet hair, and debris, especially underneath furniture or along baseboards. I found myself noticing dirt I would have otherwise missed, which made cleaning feel more thorough. What I liked most: What stood out most to me is how well this vacuum is designed for pet owners. Between the strong suction, specialized pet hair tools, and the headlights that reveal hidden messes, it feels like it’s built specifically to tackle daily cleaning of fur and everyday dirt efficiently. It’s also lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes a big difference for frequent use. This is a solid, practical vacuum that balances power, convenience, and thoughtful features. It’s especially great for pet owners who want something effective for daily cleaning without a lot of hassle.
Love for pet hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder Corded vacuum for a bit now, and overall it’s a solid option—especially for pet owners. One of my favorite features is the built-in lighting. It really does make a difference when you’re cleaning, because it highlights pet hair and dust you might otherwise miss. It’s kind of surprising (and satisfying) to see just how much it picks up once you notice everything on the floor. I also appreciate the different suction settings. It’s nice to be able to adjust the power depending on whether I’m cleaning a rug, hardwood floor, or something more delicate. That flexibility makes it feel more versatile than a basic vacuum. That said, I do wish the suction was a bit stronger overall. It gets the job done for everyday cleaning, but when dealing with heavier debris or more stubborn pet hair, it can feel like it’s just slightly underpowered. All in all, it’s a convenient and user-friendly vacuum with some great features—especially the lights and adjustable suction—but it could really benefit from a boost in power to make it truly stand out. I received those product as apart of the Stellar Panel in exchange for my review.
