I have been searching for a good toaster for months now! I thought this was it. It's super sleek looking and sturdy - but unfortunately it does not get the bread darker - had to do each slice twice - regardless of which setting I used. I ended up returning it. Search continues!

We had an inexpensive 2 slot toaster, it worked fine. The need for a 4 slot toaster with a Bagel setting was a plus! Everyone in the house likes this and it comes out perfect! Just be sure of the setting you like because that is what you get. So worth the price!

This is the first time in my life I have ever owned a four slice toaster and wow who knew what I've been missing . This toaster looks great and I can now make my light toast at the same time as my wife's dark toast and it comes out perfect every time because with two settings I don't have to reset it each time. And with the frozen button I can today our frozen waffles with ease , I wish I had gotten this toaster 40 years ago . I highly recommend it I can't think of anything else you could want in a toaster.

This toaster is not only a beautifully designed appliance, it is also every efficient in performing the job it was intended to do. The slots are wide enough to easily fit half a bagel and they each have a wire bracket that holds the bread directly in the middle of the slot for even toasting no matter the size. The control knob gives you a nice range of toasting levels. I like the cancel button for use in ending a toasting cycle; other toasters require you to lift the lever which is quite clunky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Evenly toasts on both sides. A little slower than my old toaster and the shade controls are hard to read. I wish the crumb tray pulled out from the front, the slots are plenty wide. If i were designing this is would have made the numbers on the shade control easier to read with a distintive mark or raised area on dial to tell where it's pointed.

We were happy to find a GE toaster and this lives up to their reputation! It looks and feels good. Most importantly, it is a great toaster; we are very pleased with it! It was helpful to read past reviews when making our choice and this is a top one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing toaster! I've always had a two-slide toaster so I was excited to have a 4-slice one for the kitchen. Everyone at home eats toast for breakfast so toasting bread is an every day occurrence and is now twice as fast. Each half has the basic functions such as shade level, cancel and bagel setting. I also like that each side has it's own crumb tray for clean up. The bread comes out evenly toasted and I can vary the shade level independently on each side. The finish is metallic which fits in well with my other appliances. Overall I really like this toaster!

My old toaster was “toast” so I thought I'd try a GE toaster since I've never had one. I was happy I did. It toasts very evenly and the removable crumb trays make it so easy to clean. It is obvious that this is a superior product the first time you use it.

3 kids and living with a 2 slice toaster for years was always a big headache around here. I kept seeing this GE 4 slice toaster and I knew GE makes excellent products, but it seemed like a big wish away. I was so determined to have this toaster, so I was able to save 10 dollars a month, and I can say now, “ I Own My Very Own GE 4 Slice Toaster “. When it came in the mail, I let the kids open it up, and I think they was more excited than me. Thank you GE

I just purchased the GE oven range and flat top stove, so why not get the GE toaster and this toaster is elegant like my stove/oven range , I'm very impressed by how good my stove is and can't wait to use my toaster when I make breakfast on a Sunday morning and can have some good toast along!!
