The toaster works great and accommodates various sizes of bread and buns easily. It would have been nicer if the darkness control setting on the buttons were more pronounced and easier to see.

We have had this a few months the and has worked consistently. Not that bulky and looks good.

This toaster was a necessary upgrade for my family of 6, and so far we love it. The sliders move up and down without moving the whole toaster and my items pop up quietly without flying out onto the counter. I have only used the lower shade settings (1-2) and discovered that it is not necessary to go higher than 2 for perfectly crisp toast. It cleans up easily and the separate crumb trays slide in and out nicely. Overall, really pleased and glad I purchased this one.

one side of bread is darker and other side is lighter it is not consistent on both sides
