[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of pros and a few cons for this vacuum, but overall great value for the price! Pros first: HUGE canister - the photo shows the dirt from the entire first floor of my home (with 2 pets, after it hadn't been vacuumed in a week!), and I didn't even have to dump it mid-cleaning like I do with my other vacuums. I also loved the pet eraser tool - I have a short-haired dog whose hair gets absolutely embedded in our twill-like couch, and it's almost impossible to clean. The tool didn't get 100% of the hair, but it did better than anything else we've tried! I also like the swivel feature, and the extension wand is super long and effective even if it's not as flexible as I'd like. Cons: it feels a bit cheap and plastic-y, but that does make it very lightweight for its size. The size is a bit larger than I'd like for the base of the machine (to fit easily in closets). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My initial impression of this vacuum was disbelief - it was appalling just how much debris this vacuum sucked up from a six foot area of carpet in under a minute. We have two pets (a cat and dog) so staying on top of the fur left behind is always a big task. That's actually my number one priority in a vacuum - and the CleanView Swivel Pet Upright model gets the job done. Being able to see what is sucked into the canister is also a huge plus for us, especially with a kiddo at home who stashes random toys to be found while vacuuming! Overall, I most appreciate the design, ease of setup and extension tools. I love the smallest attachment which helps me to quickly reach cobwebs and dust in corners of the ceiling and around the edges of the floor. One of the best features is the turbo attachment which is perfect for cleaning pet hair from furniture, and something I definitely wish I had before. The swivel design of this vacuum makes it a joy to maneuver and the cord is long enough for me to around get entire rooms with ease. My only complaint is that the power button and unlocking pedal were both on the left side of the machine (I prefer to use my right foot). Not a big deal for me though, considering how much I love the effectiveness of this machine. I am very happy I was able to receive this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and look forward to using it for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this upright vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.] This is a solid upright vacuum. It's not too heavy (I can pick it up with one hand, not for too long though) and easy to maneuver. It's very easy to assemble-took me less than 5 minutes. It can be used on both hard floor and carpet and the head doesn't need to be switched, which is nice. It has 5 different levels of suction. Although I didn't feel the suction power was particularly stronger than any other vacuums. The cord is long, so I didn't have to constantly unplug and plug unless I was going to the next room. It comes with a pet head for cleaning pet hair of fabric, which is nice, although I was not sure if it's better than other fabric cleaning heads that are not specifically for "pet hair cleaning". We have a cat and a big German shepherd who sheds like crazy and the vacuum worked fine for us, with mostly hard floor and just a few area rugs. A few things I didn't like about the vacuum: 1. It's not a small size, I'd need to find storage for it and it feels like a "task" to just pull it out to use. Also, although it's not heavy, I did feel like I had a light work out after pushing it all around the house. 2. It's not very easy to put it back to the upright position, I needed to pay extra attention to make sure the bottom "clicks". I've never had this problem with other vacuums before, not sure if it's only the unit I received. Small thing but annoying. 3. The cord is long which is nice but it sometimes gets in the way of cleaning. But this is true for all upright vacuums. 4. I don't like how you have to put your hand in the dust bin to remove the filter. After 1 or 2 use, the dust bin will get very dirty and I don't feel like to sticking my hand in there!!! Overall, it's a solid vacuum, I'd consider buying it, especially when I have pets at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has exceeded our expectations! I was given this upright vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We have a toddler and a baby and a dog that sheds quite a bit. When I say, I thought our rugs were clean(ish) and had recently vacuumed before using this - I was blown away and a bit disgusted haha. I could not believe how much hair and dust our previous vacuum was just rolling right over. This one seems to actually brush the dirt and dander out of our rugs without damaging them. The clean view canister is very satisfying to see how much you're actually accomplishing and the vacuum feels surprisingly light because of how easy it is to maneuver. The tools are great for pet hair on the couch and carpeted stairs as well. The only thing I wish it had would be a retractable cord.

I love the new features of the removable handle and I love the new placement of the accessories. I also appreciate the shape of the handle as opposed to the one stick options. This allows more of an ergonomic hold. Way more comfortable and flexible to get a great cleaning angle. The suction is definitely high power. I find I have to raise it higher then the older style so my carpet doesn't get stuck. One thing I do wish was available on it that the old style had was the side bristles that would help grab mess along the wall and furniture edge. Overall it does a great job tackling the everyday mess of my 3 cats 2 kids 1 dog! Thank you so much to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me the opportunity to try this vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bissell vacuum is probably my favorite vacuum so far. The suction is by far the strongest suction of all my vacuums. I literally vacuumed my rug with my previous $300+ vacuum, then used this cleanview vacuum and I was appalled at what the other vacuum didn't pick up! The canister was FULL and I could immediately tell the difference on the rug. I have 3 pets so you can imagine the dirt, dander and hair. I am so impressed. The front of the vacuum is also huge so it's able to cover more ground in less time which is pretty cool! I love the swivel feature. It's pretty easy to get around furniture. It's very easy to take the hose off and use the tools that come with it. Both tools are awesome! It's also not super heavy which is a plus. Everything about this vacuum is amazing. I love it. It is much lighter than my last vacuum. The swivel action helps maneuverability and the brush roll really helps pull all the pet hair off the carpet. It was nimble around furniture and the extension wand made quick work of spots it wouldn't reach. The TurboEraser tool was the best. The rubber brushes remove pet hair from the couch with ease. Overall I think this is a great choice for houses with pets and even those without pets.

It has two different attachments for the hose/wand. One is for things like couches or beds and the other for stairs and such. I have not used the attachment for couch, I have used the one on my stairs and it worked great. The pedals are very easy to step on, to lower the vacuum and to turn it on. It has a very strong smell of burning when I used it the first three times. It seems to be getting better with use. The things I do not like about this vacuum are, the swivel is very stiff and hard to move around. I also do not like that you have to have the stair attachment on the side with the cord wrap. If the other one is on that side it becomes a pain when trying to take the cord off or put it on.

This vacuum did an amazing job on our carpet, tile, and rugs. My favorite feature is the pet hair attachment for furniture. It has a unique design that really does a good job. I used it on my dog's bed and was shocked at how much it was able to remove. We've had a Dyson allergy for a while and I was more impress with this vacuum's ability with carpet and furniture.
