I have kids, shedding dogs and cats, so our house has a lot of hair. I found the vacuum easy to navigate around the home and did a good job cleaning up hair. A five-star for me would be if it picked everything up in the first pass. Overall, it is an excellent vacuum in my regular rotation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of the CleanView Swivel Pet Vacuum was that it was easy to maneuver with the swivel feature, and it is a great size- not too bulky for storage. I'm embarrassed to say I had already vacuumed my son's room earlier in the week before this vacuum was delivered, and I still got the amount of pet hair shown in the picture here when using this vacuum for the first time. This vacuum obviously does a great job if you have a pet that sheds, and the extension wand was handy to get under my son's floor bed. I highly recommend this vacuum for everyday cleaning, vacuuming hard to reach places, and especially if you have pets in your home. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has exceeded our expectations! I was given this upright vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We have a toddler and a baby and a dog that sheds quite a bit. When I say, I thought our rugs were clean(ish) and had recently vacuumed before using this - I was blown away and a bit disgusted haha. I could not believe how much hair and dust our previous vacuum was just rolling right over. This one seems to actually brush the dirt and dander out of our rugs without damaging them. The clean view canister is very satisfying to see how much you're actually accomplishing and the vacuum feels surprisingly light because of how easy it is to maneuver. The tools are great for pet hair on the couch and carpeted stairs as well. The only thing I wish it had would be a retractable cord.

First and foremost this vacuum was easy to assemble and is extremely lightweight and comfortable to use overall. It picks up dirt, dust, dander and hair very nicely. The vacuum works well on both hard surfaces and different carpet lengths. The different attachments also work great and help me get those hard to reach spots and surfaces like the couch. Overall I'm happy with the weight and maneuverability and the simple dumping tank. The only thing I wish I could change about this vacuum is the cord, I believe it should definitely have an automatic rewind button. I would definitely recommend and even my 2 year old enjoys using it.

The dirt tank is convenient, with a washable filter and so easy to clean, just pop out and dump. Comes equipped with an extension wand, turboeraser per tool and five adjustable height settings. Its lightness is a game-changer, making it so easy to maneuver around the house. The design is sleek and practical, and it really stands out compared to other vacuums I've used. The extension wand is fantastic! It's a breeze to reach those tricky spots and clean my couch, which was always a hassle before. The brush roll and swivel functionality are equally impressive-cleaning around furniture has never been easier. It glides smoothly and gets into those tight corners effortlessly. As for the tools, the variety included is great, but I especially appreciate the brush roll. With three kids and two dogs, the vacuum has been a lifesaver, handling all the messes and dog fur with ease. It's truly been a reliable addition to my cleaning routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting the cleaner out of the box and assembled was fairly easy and did not require a lot of muscle. The height of the CleanView Swivel Pet Vacuum Cleaner is convenient as I am around 5'8" and most cleaners cause me to slouch to use them. The design and colors are standard for Bissel products. This cleaner included 2 attachments, a turbo brush, and a crevice duster. Now, my first use... I have 1 dog, 2 cats, 2 toddlers, and a teenager; running the vacuum is a necessity! I used the CleanView Swivel on my couch first, testing out the turbo brush attachment. I was impressed at how well it was able to remove pet hair and dander from the cushions, upholstered arms and back, and the base where the cushions sit. I went on a cleaning frenzy that day with my stairs and the walls with the crevice tool. I do have one other Bissel pet vacuum cleaner that, in comparison, is easier to use because the canister and hose easily detach from the base; making it very light-weight and versatile. This model does not have that ability, at times, causing the roller brush to bear down on the floor while using the handheld pieces. Having the option to turn off the brush on the base would be beneficial. That being said it does have great suction. My floors were not as easy to use this vacuum on. I have a variety of carpeting in my home, some shag style and some aimed more toward high traffic. On the shag carpet the vaccum did well on suction but maneuvering was a struggle, not due to the swivel base which is a very nice feature for getting in-between furniture. When I adjusted the carpet height on the base the suction would suffer. However, the amount of dirt and hair picked up was worth the arm workout! Overall, the CleanView SwivelPet Vacuum Cleaner did exactly what it was meant to do but, had I not received it as part of a Stellar Panel Product Review I would not have purchased it myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My initial impression of this vacuum was disbelief - it was appalling just how much debris this vacuum sucked up from a six foot area of carpet in under a minute. We have two pets (a cat and dog) so staying on top of the fur left behind is always a big task. That's actually my number one priority in a vacuum - and the CleanView Swivel Pet Upright model gets the job done. Being able to see what is sucked into the canister is also a huge plus for us, especially with a kiddo at home who stashes random toys to be found while vacuuming! Overall, I most appreciate the design, ease of setup and extension tools. I love the smallest attachment which helps me to quickly reach cobwebs and dust in corners of the ceiling and around the edges of the floor. One of the best features is the turbo attachment which is perfect for cleaning pet hair from furniture, and something I definitely wish I had before. The swivel design of this vacuum makes it a joy to maneuver and the cord is long enough for me to around get entire rooms with ease. My only complaint is that the power button and unlocking pedal were both on the left side of the machine (I prefer to use my right foot). Not a big deal for me though, considering how much I love the effectiveness of this machine. I am very happy I was able to receive this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and look forward to using it for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a full grown husky dog (not pictured) and live in the South so we have a full time need for a heavy duty vacuum and this has done the trick! It does a great job on our rugs (both thick and lighter rugs). The wand is also super helpful to get into the couch and the dog beds. The only set back for me on this vacuum is that it doesn't track well on our wood floors. It tends to slide laterally easily so maneuvering it tends to take a lot more control than other models I have used. If you have majority carpets and rugs though, this is a GREAT option! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big fan of Bissell, so I was more than happy to try out the CleanView Swivel Pet vacuum. I have two cats and two dogs, so being able to clean up hair easily is a priority. While the design hasn't changed much for clear canister vacuums over the years, it's still a nice looking machine. It was a nice color scheme and it was lighter than I expected. The lightness did make the vacuum seem a little cheap-feeling, but the performance while using it quickly changed that opinion. The brush roll and swivel made it relatively easy to get around the room and was similar to how my cordless vacuum maneuvers. It also seemed to go deeper under things than I expected. The extension wand was nice and made it easy to clean blinds or ceiling corners. It would have been nice if it was also suited for places like the top of fan blades or any high shelves, but it's nice to have that extra reach when you need it. I think there could have been more tools provided with the vacuum. Those that came with it worked well enough, but it's nice to have different more options for different scenarios. I think the smaller wand with the brush head was my favorite tool. I could see it being the one I would get the most use out of. Overall, it's a great vacuum that's easy to zoom around the house to clean up pet hair and more. I would definitely recommend it!
