[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this upright vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.] This is a solid upright vacuum. It's not too heavy (I can pick it up with one hand, not for too long though) and easy to maneuver. It's very easy to assemble-took me less than 5 minutes. It can be used on both hard floor and carpet and the head doesn't need to be switched, which is nice. It has 5 different levels of suction. Although I didn't feel the suction power was particularly stronger than any other vacuums. The cord is long, so I didn't have to constantly unplug and plug unless I was going to the next room. It comes with a pet head for cleaning pet hair of fabric, which is nice, although I was not sure if it's better than other fabric cleaning heads that are not specifically for "pet hair cleaning". We have a cat and a big German shepherd who sheds like crazy and the vacuum worked fine for us, with mostly hard floor and just a few area rugs. A few things I didn't like about the vacuum: 1. It's not a small size, I'd need to find storage for it and it feels like a "task" to just pull it out to use. Also, although it's not heavy, I did feel like I had a light work out after pushing it all around the house. 2. It's not very easy to put it back to the upright position, I needed to pay extra attention to make sure the bottom "clicks". I've never had this problem with other vacuums before, not sure if it's only the unit I received. Small thing but annoying. 3. The cord is long which is nice but it sometimes gets in the way of cleaning. But this is true for all upright vacuums. 4. I don't like how you have to put your hand in the dust bin to remove the filter. After 1 or 2 use, the dust bin will get very dirty and I don't feel like to sticking my hand in there!!! Overall, it's a solid vacuum, I'd consider buying it, especially when I have pets at home

I have kids, shedding dogs and cats, so our house has a lot of hair. I found the vacuum easy to navigate around the home and did a good job cleaning up hair. A five-star for me would be if it picked everything up in the first pass. Overall, it is an excellent vacuum in my regular rotation.

We have four kids who are ten and under, two dogs, and two cats. Needless to say, we rely heavily on our vacuum! This vacuum has great suction and is lightweight. Overall it is an awesome vacuum! It picked up a lot that my old one left behind. We have both hardwood floors and carpet. It did an outstanding job on the carpet. My kids spilled a container of uncooked oatmeal on the carpet and it picked it up easily. It did not swivel as much as I expected, but it is still very easy to maneuver around furniture. The extension wand is great to get into hard to reach areas. I love the dusting brush/crevice tool, it is smaller than on my previous vacuum and able to get into corners and hard to reach areas a lot better. This vacuum is awesome on pet hair and dust on our hardwood floors, however it did not do great when I tried vacuuming dry rice from them. The rice was spun out and scattered everywhere by the brush roll. The wand picked it up easily though. It is a nice vacuum. I would definitely recommend it!

It works amazingly well on my carpeted bedrooms and the swivel makes it easy to navigate under surfaces. The attachments are easy to use and work great to get those hard to reach surfaces. It super easy to maneuver and is much lighter than my previous vacuum. It made vacuuming much quicker easily getting around furniture. It pulled up a ton of debris from carpet that is regularly vacuumed. I love the wand attachment for working around the baseboards and under couch cushions, and the pet attachment helped get any extra hair. It is so easy to quickly dump and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting the cleaner out of the box and assembled was fairly easy and did not require a lot of muscle. The height of the CleanView Swivel Pet Vacuum Cleaner is convenient as I am around 5'8" and most cleaners cause me to slouch to use them. The design and colors are standard for Bissel products. This cleaner included 2 attachments, a turbo brush, and a crevice duster. Now, my first use... I have 1 dog, 2 cats, 2 toddlers, and a teenager; running the vacuum is a necessity! I used the CleanView Swivel on my couch first, testing out the turbo brush attachment. I was impressed at how well it was able to remove pet hair and dander from the cushions, upholstered arms and back, and the base where the cushions sit. I went on a cleaning frenzy that day with my stairs and the walls with the crevice tool. I do have one other Bissel pet vacuum cleaner that, in comparison, is easier to use because the canister and hose easily detach from the base; making it very light-weight and versatile. This model does not have that ability, at times, causing the roller brush to bear down on the floor while using the handheld pieces. Having the option to turn off the brush on the base would be beneficial. That being said it does have great suction. My floors were not as easy to use this vacuum on. I have a variety of carpeting in my home, some shag style and some aimed more toward high traffic. On the shag carpet the vaccum did well on suction but maneuvering was a struggle, not due to the swivel base which is a very nice feature for getting in-between furniture. When I adjusted the carpet height on the base the suction would suffer. However, the amount of dirt and hair picked up was worth the arm workout! Overall, the CleanView SwivelPet Vacuum Cleaner did exactly what it was meant to do but, had I not received it as part of a Stellar Panel Product Review I would not have purchased it myself.

This vacuum has the maneuverability and suction power of much more expensive vacuums I've used. I rated this 5 stars for the value, great product without a huge price tag! I found the brush roll and swivel made it easy to maneuver. The extension wand was great for reaching up high as well as in low corners. I used it to clean under the table, above my curtains where cobwebs collects, and on my furniture. Both attachment tools are handy. I liked a the turbo eraser for my upholstered coffee table and the crevice tool for floor edges. I love that the crevice tool has a brush part that can easily be pushed back instead of being 2 separate tools. I can tell this vacuum has great suction power based on how much dirt it picked up! The tank was easy to empty and clean out. This vacuum is also lightweight which adds to its ease of maneuvering. Overall, I'm impressed with how well it works for how inexpensive it is! I can't speak for how long this vacuum will last though. I feels like it is durable and will hold up, so I'm hopeful it will!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum arrived while we were out of town on an extended trip - so needless to say the house hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time (& we have two cats and medium sized dog - imagine all that fur!!!) so this was a perfect time to really test out the vacuum's capabilities. Cat and dog hair had accumulated pretty much everywhere including on the furniture and in the corners. This vacuum did the job! We have a mix of flooring types between our two levels (think wood on one level and thick carpet in another, plus rugs) and it easily navigated between settings to get the proper height and suck capacity. I especially loved the angle brush attachment that fits on the end of the angled extension wand - it made cleaning the crevices and steps so easy. Also the vacuum is deceptively light which helped on the stairs. The swivel head is so easy to maneuver around furniture even my 4 year old could easily use the vacuum. In fact, my little one has asked to use the vacuum every day since we opened it! I call that a win!! The only thing I wish is that it had a stronger auction to really get those stuck on hairs out of fabric on the first pass; however it did a much better job than my other vacuum - also a pet one. Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel I know have a dedicated and amazing upright vacuum that the whole family can use and I no longer have to schlepp one between the different levels!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a sucker for the latest and greatest cleaning products so I have used a lot of vacuums and this is a great vacuum that's lightweight, but still works great! I usually use a cordless vacuum but the battery dies so quickly so this was nice that I didn't have to worry about that, and the cord didn't bother me. It's moves really well, much better than my stick vacuum! The swivel function makes it easy to move around furniture. The brush tool was really interesting-it's hard plastic so it's much stronger than others I've used with a bristle brush and really works well for couches and furniture, especially on pet hair! It was easy to attach the extra tools too. The only con is the cord, since I'm used to using a cordless vacuum, but it actually didn't bother me and I appreciate that it has more power and lasts longer than my cordless vacuum. The main vacuum brush and the TubroEraser tool are excellent at picking up both long and short hair along with the dander and other messes animals tend to bring in. The Swivel feature makes it smooth and maneuverable, probably my favorite feature. The look of the vacuum is attractive ( for a vacuum). I like the color combination. The vacuum is also light enough to easily move up and down stairs easily. I really like the functionality of the TurboEraser tool. It cleans up fabric furniture and cat trees super easily. The wand is easy to maneuver up high or down low in hard to reach areas. The dirt tank is nice and easy to empty and clean.
