It came nicely boxed, when putting it together (the water filter needed to be added) we found the added accessories in the drawer below the machine. I’m impressed with how solid this machine is. Love how easy it is to use once we figure out how to use it. We would have loved a bit more instructions or a tutorial but we in the end figured it out. I’m no barista but my first Americano turned out pretty good. It definitely will take trial and error. We would have like a bit of clarity on grind size, which filter basket is best for what, the temp settings, etc. but overall I’d definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great espresso machine! It’s easy to use and so convenient that the grinder is on the unit. You can tell the machine is great quality and built well. It brews some good espresso. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is I was having a problem with the storage drawer. When I pulled the bottom out the drawer would unattached or get stuck, not sure if it’s a bad design or I wasn’t doing it right. But overall the unit looks and works great I would recommend! I did receive this complimentary from influencer to test and this my honest opinion

I like that it has built-in grinder so I have freshly grounded coffee beans right away. Coffee tastes great! Settings buttons are easy to navigate. Cleaning isn't that hard either.

Once you dial in the grind setting the espresso comes out smooth and rich and a perfect temperature. It feels solid and looks so sleek on the counter. The milk frother is also easy to use and makes luscious froth. I now look forward to my latte every morning.

Grinding coffee is easily done and don’t need to worry about quality because it’s there. Built to last, however a bit on the higher end side of cost but you can definitely see why with how great this machine is. Definitely recommend with how quick and easy I can make a delicious hot cappuccino!

It took a little bit of trial and error to get it right, but there were clear concise directions to help guide you. The bean tank holds a good amount of espresso and the water tank is large as well. It grinds quickly and is not too loud. Oncedd the settings were right it brewed a delicious espresso. The attached milk steamer works well and is easy to move around to get the angle that you need. It is easy to clean, either wiping down with a rag or taking off and washing the detachable pieces. I would recommend this machine to any coffee lover!

I love that the grinder is attached and you can choose the size of your grind. It’s a stunning piece and looks beautiful sitting on my counter.

I've been enjoying trying different espresso drinks from the included recipe booklet. I only deducted a star because it is a little on the loud side. Other than that I've absolutely loved it. Such a nice, well made machine. Everything feels very high quality. The water reservoir is large and holds plenty of water, so you don't have to fill it up all the time. Also has a nice carrying handle to carry it to the sink. The stainless steel is beautiful and blends well in any kitchen. It's been easy to clean and care for so far as well. Overall I am very happy! It has everything I could want or ask for in an at home espresso machine. I drink espresso every morning, so it's been amazing having the ability to make it at home and save some money! Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my new Kitchen Aid Semi Automatic Espresso Machine with Burr Grinder. Aside from the quality of the machine, the way it grinds the coffee and makes the espresso is impressing. The espresso comes out tasting great and strong with the frother as a plus. It is definitely worth its price and I would be gifting this to my espresso loving loved ones in the future. One small complaint that I do have although I won’t remove a star is that the instructions could be better explained and it was a bit frustrating to figure out how to use. I contacted Kitchen Aid twice and they were not any help. I had to search for a video on YouTube to learn how to use this machine, but aside from that, I highly recommend .
