This espresso machine has been leaking water all over the counter ever since I got it. Kitchen aid product help is impossible to get ahold of last time I called it was a 10 hour wait. Do not recommend this product.

After a month of nearly daily use, we're still in love with this thing. Easy to use, zero issues. Couldn't be happier! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

This is my 3rd machine, the others were replaced due to mechanical breakdown issues. This one does not make a good espresso. My other brands and older machines worked much better.

Brand new - been trying to use the machine for a couple of weeks and the burr grinder won’t get fine enough to pull the shot correctly. I had very high hopes for this machine:(

Love it! It all works super well and looks great to boot. My only complaint, and it could be a user error, is I cannot figure out the steamer wand for the vegan milk for foam

We really enjoy the product and it is very natural and easy to use. The only thing we don't like about it is that the water tank often leaks. We have to partially fill the tank and fill it without removing tank from the unit.

I had a little trouble getting the pressure just right, but the machine does not disappoint. I love that it has built in storage for the different size cups so you don’t need to keep the accessories far out of reach in another drawer in the kitchen. It looks great on the counter and is a quality machine made with quality materials that do not feel cheap what so ever. KitchenAid did it again with this piece and it matches great next to the stand mixer.

The machine reminds you when it’s time to clean or descale, and most parts pop out for a quick rinse. The stainless looks nice, but it does pick up fingerprints. Grinding: The built-in burr grinder is quiet and consistent. Adjusting the grind took me a few tries, but once dialed in it makes a big difference. Hardly any static mess either. Brewing: You can brew single or double shots, and the espresso comes out smooth with good crema. The portafilter feels solid and professional. Temperature: Heats up fast and stays consistent. I’ve had no issues with shots being too hot or too cold. The steam wand works fine for lattes and cappuccinos, though it takes a little practice for perfect foam.

Easy to use - icons tell you temp, espresso size. The dials and coffee options are also customizable. There is also a pretty cool storage inside the drip tray for the extra espresso holders and cleaning brush.
