Great quality and very nice look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As this is my first espresso maker, I read thru the instructions. So far the espresso maker has been great. Very easy to use with insightful, detailed instructions. I really enjoy making coffee shop style espresso and cappuccinos now!

Beginner Friendly - Great Results!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned another semi-automatic espresso machine for a while (the Covid years) but I never really got the hang of it. The KitchenAid, though, has been a completely different (and way better) experience. The quick start guide made a huge difference—especially for dialing in the grind and dose. It took me about four tries to get the settings just right, but once I did, the crema was consistent and tasted great. Pulling a shot is super easy. Now I can make an espresso quickly, even before work. It’s also quieter than my old machine, which is a nice bonus. In terms of the built in components - the grinder works so well that I can put away my separate grinder. Given the current heat, I’ve yet to try the steamer but, fingers crossed, it works just as well as the other components of the machine. The included accessories are also perfect for getting a newbie started—no need for additional purchases. It’s a really thoughtful setup. I actually look forward to my morning espresso now. If you’ve struggled with other machines or just want something easier to use, I’d definitely recommend the KitchenAid.

You Control the Brew – Being semi-automatic, you c

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine with Burr Grinder combines freshness, control, and quality in one sleek package. Its built-in burr grinder produces a consistent grind, essential for proper espresso extraction, and offers multiple settings so you can tailor the grind to your beans and taste preferences. Fresh grounds feed directly into the portafilter, streamlining workflow and minimizing mess. The semi-automatic operation gives you control over shot timing, allowing for more customization than fully automatic machines. This makes it ideal for those who enjoy experimenting to perfect their espresso. The steam wand is powerful and produces dry steam, making it possible to create smooth microfoam for cappuccinos and lattes. With some practice, latte art is within reach. The stainless-steel build feels sturdy, heats quickly, and maintains consistent brewing pressure. Cleaning is straightforward, with removable components and a rinse cycle for the group head, though the grinder chute may need occasional extra attention. The only drawbacks are a slight learning curve for beginners and a footprint that requires counter space. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for coffee lovers who want café-quality drinks at home, balancing convenience with the satisfaction of hands-on brewing.

Totally recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent machine. We were shopping for a new espresso maker and saw some video reviews of this one and decided to give it a go, trusting the KitchenAid brand. We could not be happier with the results. The flat bottomed feature for the dispenser is great. Super easy to operate. Set up though was a little bit difficult, but got through it.

Amazing coffee with a little practice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience using an espresso machine. The machine seems well-built. The brewing quality gets better the more I use it & adjust the settings. It’s relatively easy to clean. I have been a bit confused about some of the instructions or lack thereof, so I had to do a little research. At first, I thought I was missing parts. They were in a tray behind the drip tray, but I didn’t see any reference in the booklets. I could see the tray but didn’t know how to get it out. Clarification in the docs would be helpful. The price seems expensive, but using this regularly instead of buying from coffee shops may end up costing less in the end. The flavor, quality, and customization of drinks at home can’t be beat by any other coffee maker I’ve owned. I look at my old coffee maker and wonder who would want it.

Best expresso machine for home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My honest opinion about the Kitchen Aid semi automatic expresso machine with burr grinder. The machine work very well for my expresso. The quality of the machine is very good. The only problem is the fast instruction to set the expresso machine for the first time, do not follow the fast instructions. Read the manual instructions there details you need to do before use the expresso machine. But I recommend 100%

A definite try for coffee lovers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this machine as part of a promotion. Beautiful product that matches with my other KitchenAid appliance. I love coffee so it’s a perfect addition. There are so many brewing options and cleaning is pretty quick. Still working on figuring out the temperature control and grinding, but definitely enjoying this

Overall great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the simplicity of this machine! The quiet grinding is perfect for my early morning routine. Large water tank means only having to fill once a week. Love the options for the grind settings and the milk frother works great and cleans easily.

The best espresso machine around!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the all-metal, high-quality build and the way it slides on its little wheels back and forth. It's semi-automatic, which for me makes me feel like I'm really making the coffee (fully auto feels like cheating and not so much of an experience, l'd probably go back to 100% manual first) but it's soooo easy to use that it's no problem when I'm in a hurry or sleepy. I weigh out beans for each cup because my husband and I like different coffees, and the grinder works great with way less mess than my old standalone burr grinder. The frother is easy to use and clean. We've switched beans many times and it doesn't take much effort to dial in and get the flavor right. The cleaning cycle takes a good bit of time but I only need to do that about every 6-8 weeks depending on usage. I'm just thrilled with this thing and still look forward to using it every morning.

Small Footprint and Makes AMAZING Espresso!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this KitchenAid espresso machine is AMAZING. I had no idea I needed an espresso machine until this showed up at my door. The built-in burr grinder is whisper-quiet and drops just the right amount for single or double shots. Even if you’re new to this whole espresso thing, the controls are clear, the machine heats up fast, and there isn’t a learning curve that’ll make you want to qui. It honestly looks great on my counter and is not too cumbersome, makes great espresso, and feels like your own little café in a box. My literal only caveat, because I had SUCH a hard time finding them, was that there are more filter baskets stored UNDER the machine. I have no idea why that information did not register to me. Just an FYI!
