It did take some trial and error to finally figure out how to properly use it ,but once I did ,It was a piece of cake. it. I love the built in grinder and the different settings it has. I’ve just pulled my third “successful” shot and I’m already getting the hang of it! It looked intimidating at first, but it’s actually really easy to use. My first shot was packed too tight and the machine shut off—turns out that’s a safety feature, which is nice. It’s simple, well-designed, and feels solid. Also, the packaging was fantastic. Super easy to unpack and set up. Overall, if you’re new to espresso but love coffee, this is a great machine to start with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first proper espresso machine and, aside from my own trial and error when it comes to navigating that experience and learning how to pull shots of espresso, I found this machine to be overall fairly intuitive and able to deliver a great coffee shop level espresso at home! I was surprised at how quiet it is and how easily milk foams/steams up. I have made both cappuccinos and lattes and have loved them. I don’t think I need to go to coffee shops anymore!

Has a compartment I wasn't aware of for more equipment shown in a photo. It will be very much worth the money once I get down how to get the pressure up. I'm very excited!!
