[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this espresso machine. It gives you so many setting adjustments to make your perfect espresso. It grinds the beans for you and measures out exactly how much you want for one or two shots. It allows you to choose the coarseness of the grind and adjust the temperature of the espresso brew. It also has a milk steamer/frother attachment that is super easy to use and works very well. I also love how it has an option to just get hot water from the machine. It heats up very quickly and is also easy to clean. I really look forward to making myself a yummy espresso drink every day! It comes with everything you need, including an easy to follow instruction manual and a recipe book. I do feel this machine is worth the price tag and it will pay for itself if you regularly buy drinks from coffee shops. I’ve had a cheaper espresso machine in the past and it does not compare to this one. I received this product in exchange for an honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a breville barista for about 4 years and had so much trouble with the pump breaking. We bought a new breville and got 2 lemons in a row so decided to give the kitchen aid a try. It’s so much more user friendly to get the proper shot pour and it’s much more compact. Love that you can get a white machine with the grinder. Very hard to find! Only thing I don’t love is the porta filter being plastic and having a flat bottom. But maybe down the line I can find a standard porta filter replacement for it. Overall great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this machine in exchange for my honest review. First, the set up directions for this espresso maker left quite a bit to be desired. I struggled on which buttons did what, which parts were what, and how to put it all together. Since setting it up, it has made really great coffee! It pulls smooth shots with a beautiful crema (I’m not an espresso aficionado or barista, but it does the job for me!) I choose it over the coffee shop, drip coffee, or even my nespresso machine every day. The grinder does a great job and the hot water is a nice feature to make americanos and even tea, as it heats up very quickly. I’ve had trouble with the steaming wand (I can’t seem to get a good foam on the milk no matter how hard I try, but that could just be user error, as I’m still learning how to use it (it does get the milk nice and hot!) Overall, speaking as someone who is a novice and beginner when it comes to espresso, this machine is great. It makes delicious coffees and doesn’t take up too much space on the counter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this espresso machine because I was frustrated with Breville not being able to provide support problems with one of their machines. I have Kitchen Aid appliances and have felt they were reliable. So far, that is true. The espresso made is quite good. However, the portafilter does not clean easily. Grounds do not come out of the portafilter using my knock box. I have to scrape them out. The foam you can make is just okay. I've tried various ways to improve the foam. Maybe the pressure isn't strong enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a new espresso machine to keep up with the demand of 4 coffee snobs in the house. This machine is too finicky. I have had it for almost 4 months and we still have not found the perfect bean/amount/grind. It uses way more beans than the other common brands. The grounds fly all over when they are being dispensed. The bottom tray fills with water so fast it needs changing daily. It does look beautiful and feels like high quality parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to start by saying that once you figure out how to work this and figure out the best combinations for your preferences, this is a very nice machine. My only complaint with this machine is the instructions do not set you up for success. There is no overview of error codes, buttons flashing, etc. One instruction just reads “press the priming pump” with no diagram or further instruction as to what this is. When directed to go online for videos and further instructions, there are none available. There is no list of what is included with the machine, which means I was surprised to find additional baskets and a cleaning spool underneath the machine when I removed the drawer for cleaning. I also found what they meant when they said priming pump! There is nothing in the instructions saying that this storage drawer even exists. Ultimately once I got this up and running, it worked well and I was happy with the drink I made. It is a nice looking machine, and is a good size for the counter—- smaller than I was expecting based on the box, which I am happy about. I like the ability to have fresh ground beans for my espresso. I just wish there was more pictures and resources to help with set up and troubleshooting!

It does everything and I love it more than any appliance in my house. It’s pretty quiet when grinding which I really like. Has double or single shot espresso option. There’s a pressure meter and a lever to adjust the coarseness of the beans. I love everything about it. I’ll be using this thing for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was told to send two machines back because I was told by customer service it wasn’t normal to have water draining into the drip tray and then got a third machine and the pressure gauge doesn’t work at all and it still waste a bunch of clean water. Apparently it’s normal for it to use a decent amount of water even when just making a shot of espresso since it always drains into the drip tray… which means emptying the drip tray every couple days and filling the water tank more often than you’d think. I guess that’s why the water tank is larger than others it waste a bunch in the drip tray…. Tired of the hassle of returning machines and really disappointed I can’t get a refund.. and I’m not even the type of person to complain but this has been a disappointing purchase.

It was a little difficult at first to understand the instructions. Having a really clear page labeling the buttons would have been great! I started off with making a cappuccino. It went great! I made a cappuccino for everyone in my work office! I am looking forward to having one everyday now, I feel super spoiled!
