Grinder is amazing. It’s taste like your at a coffee shop just buy syrup that’s flavored, cream, and your got your own latte.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a beginner espresso maker and drinker this machine has been such an easy and amazing addition to my morning routine. It took a little bit of time to dial in the correct settings for my beans but once you find the sweet spot the entire process from grinding to pulling the shot is almost automatic. The clean up process is also just as quick and easy. You'd think with all the parts and accessories it would be a hassle and would take a chunk of your morning, but all you have to do is quickly wipe and rinse. This machine has quickly become a staple in my morning routine whether I want a quick shot or a velvety latte.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It Was easy to dial in the perfect shot with the adjustable grind size and adjustable temperature. Gave consistent 10 gram grinds for my desired 1 shot. I was able to get a full bodied shot from my specialty coffee(a natural style medium roast from Antigua, Guatemala) pulling out the fruity notes sought after from that style of coffee. The packaging it came in was a 10/10 minimal plastic, NO crumbing Foam aka no big mess. I appreciate the cardboard handles especially since it was done to make sure if you are alone it is very easy to open. I really appreciate the handle on the water tank. It really means a lot especially if you have small hands. The instructions are simple to follow when setting up. I mean the only thing better would be if they came in a lavender purple . But in terms of functionality and performance it can’t get any better. Oh and of course my coffee tastes good!!! The storage is really nice . Who ever designed this really thought out function, storage and taste.

This thing felt like a Rolls Royce when I was unboxing it. I think the stainless steel finish is stunning. Now the most important thing a consumer needs to know about this machine is “With great power comes great responsibility” this machine puts making the drink of your dreams in YOUR hands. With that being said, you need to thoroughly read and follow the instructions for first use, espresso how to’s, and also maintenance and cleaning your new machine. For first time users getting a nice espresso pull may take practice, however, there is plenty of guidance included in the literature to help you get there quickly. For those who appreciate the art of espresso over the convenience of a press and play kcup, the extra effort will be worth it. The smell of freshly ground beans in the morning, the endless ways you can personalize your drink, the satisfaction of learning a new skill… I would definitely recommend this machine to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg!!! Just absolutely perfect. I couldn't help my excitement i opened it as soon as I saw it on the porch and tried it! It runs smoothly. The coffee tastes amazing! I've had about 2 espresso and a cappuccino and Im very impressed with how easy it is to clean. Very easy to switch between settings for what you want. Literally has everything you need all in one! You just need the coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine itself is simple and easy to use. My biggest complaint is that the setup was not as simple as it appeared to be. I kept getting flashing lights and the buttons weren’t working. It took too much troubleshooting to fix. However, now that it’s up and running I am enjoying this machine as a new addition to my morning ritual. I used to make either French press coffee or with my bialetti but this is so much better. The machine does it all - from grinding to brewing to frothing. It’s great!

Since getting my Kitchenaid espresso machine, I have been living the life, making perfect espressos in my own home! I honestly can’t believe I ever lived without my beloved espresso machine. This machine grinds your beans and everything! It is so easy to use and honestly makes my counter look fancy! I can’t wait to offer guests espresso when they come over. If you love espresso you have to get this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in loveeee with this espresso machine! I’ve never had an espresso machine before and this is so easy to use once you try it out a few times. There is built in storage for the 4 different basket types in the tray. The tray also will tell you when the water is full and needs to be dumped, which I love. You don’t need to buy a separate distributor tool after the espresso is ground because the machine does it for you! The bean hopper fits a full 12 oz/340 gram bag of beans. On top of the machine, next to the bean hopper, is a warmer that you can set your coffee on. The water tank is pretty large and I love that it has a filter in it. The milk frothed is fantastic and I love that I can just pour out hot water too if I want. The machine also comes with a very detailed handbook and a recipe booklet. Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say about this machine. It’s a little expensive, but absolutely worth the price tag. It’s very similar to the breville machine for comparison! I love kitchen aid products though, and love that they made this machine.
