It’s been such a blessing to use every morning and makes every day just that much better. What I love most is how quiet it is—the grinder and the machine both run so smoothly that I can make my morning espresso without disturbing the house (very important with little kids at home). It’s also extremely simple to use, and the high-quality parts make it feel solid and reliable. The burr grinder produces consistently even grounds, which has made a huge difference in the taste of my espresso. Each cup is custom made and can be individualized to perfection. At first, the milk frothing took me a little practice to get right, but after a couple of weeks I’ve graduated to making latte art—a fun bonus I didn’t expect when I first started. Now every cup feels like something I’d order at a café, only made right at home. Overall, this machine is quiet, easy to use, and built with real quality. The grinder is really quiet and the settings allow for a wide range of grind sizes. I find that I am able to get the perfect espresso range when extracting. The controls and buttons are a little overwhelming when first opening the box since everything is just an icon, but you quickly learn them and then it is a breeze! I have been making myself an iced white chocolate mocha each morning, and it saves me a lot of time and $$ in the long run over frequent Starbucks runs. I really like this Espresso machine and would defiantly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought that I would be addicted to making coffee, but here we are. This machine is a Swiss Army knife of espresso coffee machines. There are so many settings that you can play with to make your most perfect cup of coffee. You can make grinds larger or smaller, you can play with temperature. You can play with coffee types that you’re drinking. It makes you feel like a professional barista. It is very easy to set up - takes about five minutes and it is also very easy to clean as all the parts are easily disassembled and assembled back together. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have the best cup of coffee they have ever had. I personally love making myself cappuccinos and lattes and I don’t want to ever go to a coffee shop again.

I wish the machine cord was a little longer, it's really short. I love how it came with pretty much everything. I was so impressed with how it had 3 temperatures for the coffee. Also came with hot water options, that's a plus for sure. The expresso was just perfect, I felt like I was at a coffee shop.

It is very easy to use once you get the bean settings to where you want them. The manual is well thought out and makes getting started simple. It also has problem solving tips if you come across any issues which is very helpful. The machine is well made and sturdy and has wheels on the bottom so you can move it easily on your counter, I love that. It holds a lot of water and a bag of coffee beans so you do not have to constantly fill it. I have made lattes and they are so good! I love being able to chef up my unique drinks with my non-dairy milk options. It comes with everything you need except espresso cups! I would say it takes max 2 minutes or less to make your drink. It's a lot of fun! The design of the machine is sleek and it looks and feels high end. Highly recommend!

I have always owned automatic machines where I do nothing but push a button and it makes my espresso. After using this for a few days I can easily say there’s absolutely no reason to be nervous! Yes there’s a small learning curve but once I started using it it was really intuitive and easy to use. The espresso brews wonderfully and tastes absolutely delicious. The grinding performance is great and I love how easy it is to change the coarseness of the grind and how much is ground. Cleaning the machine has been super easy to do. You’ll find that “easy” is a consistent part of my review because it’s just that EASY! I’m so beyond happy with this and will happily use it for many years to come to make some great espresso based drinks!

I’m a big coffee person and former barista, so I was super excited to try this espresso machine. It feels well built and hefty and also looks nice. The machine I received had some sort of leak at the connection between the water reservoir and the intake which is apparently not uncommon, but kitchenaid remedied the issue. I appreciate that it has a very customizable build in grinder. It’s also nice that the hopper is removable so you get multiple and switch out beans ex one for caffeinated and one for decaf. The machine itself is very intuitive and doesn’t take much dialing in to get a decent shot of espresso. It’s also pretty quiet! Overall I think this machine is very user-friendly while still allowing quite a bit of control over the grinding process. The only changes I could think of appreciating would be allowing more customization for the shot pulling time and a better tamper. It’s easy to buy a better tamper, but it would be nice if the included one was a bit better and less cumbersome. I really like this machine and I think it’s a great low/mid range entry level option for anyone wanting to get into espresso.
