I bought this product in November last year and already does not work. It’s great? yes. Durability? terrible. very cheap made product. Not it won’t recognize the portafilter anymore. Not to mention the funnel being chipped off. It makes noise now. Stay away from it.

The packaging was amazing. Well thought out. The directions are easy to follow and the videos on the website are awesome. It’s so easy to use and comes with everything you need. Highly recommend! However, after going through the instructions, I found it to be extremely easy and intuitive. The product is also designed with built-in storage for all of the accessories, which i appreciated. I love that I can make either Espresso or coffee and how many options there are for foam. I can honestly say this made the best cup of coffee I ever made at home! Absolutely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I are blown away with the quality of this ninja espresso machine! The perfect frothy milk is probably the feature we like best. There’s something for everyone with this machine because of the cold brew/press options. I prefer the regular espresso setting and use it most often, but I’ve liked everything! I can’t wait to entertain and make custom drinks tor a group! The only thing I think would be a nice addition is an instant hot water spout for tea, we have an electric kettle so it’s not an issue at all, but it would save a bit of counter space. Overall the value of this is incredible for everything it does!

After using it for a few weeks, I can confidently say that it exceeds expectations. The machine is incredibly versatile, allowing me to experiment with different brewing methods and coffee beans. The built-in grinder ensures that my coffee is always fresh, and the frothing capabilities are perfect for creating lattes and cappuccinos. Cleaning is quick and easy, and the machine is built to last. While the price tag is steep, the overall experience has been exceptional.

I bought the Ninja espresso machine a month and have had it up running for a week . At this point I’m pretty happy with the quality and consistency of the coffee so far. The temperature is consistent and the perk is very good. Have only tried one bag of beans . Excellent grind and overall quality is excellent but time will tell if it continues as the company has stated. The overall design is beautiful and so far it’s been great.

I have a vacation house on Cape Cod Mass. I enjoy my morning cappuccino when we are home from my Breville Barista machine. I didn’t want to spend what I spent for the Breville. When I saw the Ninja luxe I was very happy with its price point. I ordered it for the vacation house. I love it. It functions exactly as promised. Its very easy to use and it involves almost zero clean up. Great machine

Exactly as expected. Like it because you have choices between expresso and drip coffee. Also like the my previous ninja coffee I can pick the size I need. Got me a De'longhi Magnifica Evo before this one and would definitely prefer this one as to make frappe in my ninja slushi and need at least 2 cups of coffee something would take long time with the De'longhi. Very happy with my purchase. I can also foam heavy cream some was impossible with the Magnifica Evo.

I love the design and how sleek it looks, yet it is still nice and sturdy and is definitely getting a lot of use.
