I was a bit nervous figuring that it would take me a few days to figure out how to operate this machine. But let me say, it was so easy to use that I was making everyone in the house different drinks on the first day!

AHHHHHHMAZING! Exceeded all expectations and is incredibly easy to use! The coffee quality is phenomenal! Did I mention how stinking easy it is to figure out? The amount of coffee we have made since having it may be a bit alarming! So good!!!

Love this machine! Everything about it is great. When I first plugged it in, I kept getting an error to “Add Water”, but the reservoir was full. Removed it and replaced it a few times, called Ninja, she told me to do it again, and it worked! 😂

Best code I’ve ever had. You can make any kind of coffee hot or cold. On ice or steaming hot. You will not regret this purchase. Worth every penny and I’m not even a coffee drinker. This item made me become a committed coffee connoisseur
