This makes great espresso and froths milk to make a variety of coffee drinks. The drip coffee is way better than any K-cup.

I've had this machine for almost 2 years now, and I honestly love it. It's probably one of the best purchases I've made for my house. I used to spend way too much money at coffee shops, and now I actually prefer the coffee I make at home. The espresso comes out great every time with a nice crema, and it's really easy to use once you get the hang of it. I also like that it doesn't take forever to heat up, so I can make my coffee before work without waiting around. I know Ninja has newer models out now, and sure, they're tempting, but I really have no complaints about this one. It still works great and has been reliable since day one. If something ever happened to mine, I'd buy another one without thinking twice. If you're trying to decide whether it's worth the money, I'd definitely say yes. I use mine every day, and it's paid for itself many times over.

The features are my favorite because you can froth dairy or non dairy milk. The consistency is amazing! It tastes to good once it is done I feel like I went to a coffee shop by in my own home! The product is great with amazing features. A single shot espresso option would have been great, instead of myself having to drink or pour double shot every single time

Wasteful and not consistent, always a mound of ground coffee that falls out after the machine is in brew mode. I do recommended grinds and it's never consistent.

I really wanted to like this coffee maker, and was swayed by the many positive reviews, and the price. However, after three weeks of daily use I am struggling to get a decent flat white out of it. I've tried myriad different settings (and different beans), but the machine does not produce a decent crema and the finished result is always a bit dish-watery. I'm still hoping this is operator error, but I suspect the machine is made for those who like Starbucks coffee rather than an Italian style brew.

*photos are of the replacement base received* I bought this about a month ago. Finally settled in after a move, followed the set up process.. okay great i was so excited. Following day I made a drink, yum! *This great!* next day, i get an error code "add beans" no troubleshooting
