I have been enjoying this product, except for having to warm up the espresso in microwave after pulling each shot, before adding the milk foam. Is it just me or does anyone else have this issue? I will be reaching out to CS to see what they can do to correct.

So far we love it. Not much of a learning curve it does most everything for you. Lately our nespresso machine has been producing like warm coffees and we had wanted a sent automatic espresso machine without the hefty price tag. We also realize that we are still very much too busy to get a labor intensive machine. The Ninja makes excellent cups quickly and easily. The machine does all the thinking for you. Could not recommend it more.

The packaging was amazing. Well thought out. The directions are easy to follow and the videos on the website are awesome. It’s so easy to use and comes with everything you need. Highly recommend! It is sleek and looks so nice.

When I use the luxe basket, a lot of grounds fall out from the side and wasting my beans. The refill water mode keeps showing up after grinding or brewing even though the water container is still full. I only had it fir 2 weeks. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I might just have to return it?

My fiancé got me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Have not stepped foot into a coffee shop since I got it which says A LOT. I've always been a Ninja products girl but they out did themselves with this one. They took out the guess work. No more gambling for burnt espresso.

I thoroughly enjoy this machine. Makes great coffee and comes with all the stuff. If you're just starting out on your espresso journey, this is a great place to start. If you want to customize, it's a little less flexible (truly only a little less) - ie. currently only this portafilter works in this machine, so if you want to really SEE your pour like in a bottomless one you won't be able to swap (yet). Very user friendly, yields great results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a coffee lover, I was excited for this espresso machine. I waw little skeptic of its complexity at first. But the machine is very easy to use and I can have a nice cup of espresso in few minutes. The taste and quality is superb.

This machine makes amazing coffee! We were long time pod customers but due to the constant increase in price, I had to find something else. I do have a few complaints of the machine, but regardless, it does make great coffee. Pros: Great coffee Makes cold and hot coffee Isn’t super clunky and large like other machines Cons: It wastes a lot of water It wastes a lot of coffee beans (biggest irk) It’s insane how much ground coffee is dumped daily Super messy, coffee splashes everywhere and I have to constantly clean it Where the water is being wasted too needs to be dumped almost every other day The price is a bit steep in my opinion Take my review for what you will, would I buy it again? Maybe, but also I hope they can fix the issues it has.

I was excited to buy this machine as I have loved all my other Ninja products. However if you don’t use the same beans for drip and espresso you have to waste A LOT of beans every time you change beans. My husband drinks drip and I drink espresso and cold press. For this “smart” machine to switch you have to run two cycles through with the beans you have switched to. For this reason we will be returning ours and continuing on the espresso hunt.

I love making anything in the kitchen for my wife. About two years ago I had a stroke so anything simple is really best for me. I was jut about to purchase an expresso machine that was 3 to 4 times more expensive than the Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier when I got an email from my daughter that said - "Hey, you need to get this"....and I did. I just plug and play.....that simple. The drinks are amazing without driving and waiting in line at the local coffee bar and a portion of the price. If you want to be a PRO you can be, but this takes the guesswork out of an expresso. We absolutely love it!!
