I loved this while it lasted, now it just cycles through all the presets without us touching it and keep it unplugged when not in use because mine turned on without touching it.

Bought this last year and it's Incredible! For us though, I need to Upgrade to the French Door model as I would love to cook whole 🐔 chickens. Also, it makes it easier to insert.

I love how this airfryers. This is my second Ninja flip, but the first you could open it up & keep it clean. This one you cannot open it up. When you cook everything smells terrible. I tried to clean it with oven off the other day to try to get it clean & get the awful smell out that covers everything. It didn't do a very good job. You can't get your hands inside to clean. My old one had a panel that I could open & clean the inside out. I wanted this model because it was supposed to hold more food, but it hasn't been worth the awful smell. I don't use it as much because of that. I love that it has so much flat space & flips up, but it cannot be cleaned. I don't know what to do. I don't like those small plastic ones they aren't big enough for my family. I paid alot of money for this appliance & I am very disappointed after having it long enough for the smell to accumulate. How could someone change a good design to make something where you cannot keep it cleaned out. You could have made it better, not worse. Now I'm trying to figure out something else I can can do instead of this. Ninja you failed badly on this model!

I bought this toaster oven and sincerely barely used it. 2 years later it starts flickering as if there's an electrial short happening, incredibly dangerous. It won't maintain any form of operation. It turns itself on randomly which is also very concerning.goevn the short, this is a fire waiting to happen. And guess what the warranty expired, I'm confident this is a planned obsolescence thing and would highly suggest that nobody purchase these air fryers. If components are going to start shorting and potentially causing fires within 2 years, it is absolutely unacceptable. There's no way they built this thing properly, and given the warranty expiration, this was by design to expire before the component starts malfunctioning. Avoid at all costs unless you want your entire home and everything you love to burn to the ground

My husband makes fun of me buying so many Ninja products. Of course he doesn't really mind since he likes what I cook in them. But the Flip Toaster Oven is his "baby". He makes his own breakfast sandwich every morning. When we moved a few months ago I gave my Flip oven to my daughter instead of packing it. After we bought our new house he kept telling me he missed the Flip Toaster instead of using the regular slotted toaster. So I finally bought him a new Flip and he is happy again making his breaskfasts. I also liked using it for a small casserole last night.

This oven really does everything it's advertised to do with one exception: when it's flipped up, it's a skosh too tall to fit under my cupboards. (I've now seen that a few other people have posted the same complaint in other forums, so I don't think this is because I've got an unusually short amount of clearance.) So I've got it placed somewhere other than I originally planned. That is a minor disappointment and the reason I only gave it 4 stars.

Bought a couple of weeks ago & not crazy about this product. 1) why can't I stop the cooking when needed. It has to time out, otherwise the remaining time stays on. It's as if the off is not working. Also, do not like that the toasting rake doesn't come out when the door opens. 2) doesn't toast bread very well even on the highest setting. Am I doing something wrong? Have not tried baking or air frying yet, so we'll see. It is nice and compact, just hoping I am missing something on the functions.

This is the ultimate toaster oven! I use this for almost everything! You can bake, toast, air fry and so much more! From toast to french fries, to chicken wings everything came out amazing! Best Ninja product i own to date! I love it so much! Highly recommend! Heats up to 450 in seconds! Amazing!

My last Ninja 150 lasted 7 years so 5 stars for that one. If this new version proves reliable then I'll rate this one 5 stars and buy it again.
