This is my favorite appliance, we use it for everything! With the little counter space we have it's so nice to be able to flip it up. We've had it for 2yrs now. The only thing that can be a little annoying is cleaning around all the parts in it but it's not hard at all. I love ninja products!

I bought the Ninja Flip Toaster Oven & Air Fryer back in July, hoping for great things. Unfortunately, it's been a huge letdown. From day one, the unit smoked excessively — enough that Ninja includes a “disclaimer” in the packaging about how to avoid smoking (which tells you they know it's a problem). The tips are useless; this toaster smokes no matter what you do. Now, only a few months later, it's gotten worse. The fan has started making a loud, high-pitched screech that makes it unbearable to use. I even recorded a video because the noise is so bad. To be clear, I actually like Ninja as a brand — I own their blender and food processor, and both have worked flawlessly for years. But this particular product completely misses the mark. For the price, I expected reliability and quality — not a smoking, screaming appliance. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Purchased this a couple months ago and I very much like it. Lots of room to spread food out where in my air fryer I did not have such space. The only drawback for me is the size (due to small counterspace) and I do find it harder to clean. Otherwise, it cooks great and I am happy I purchased it.

I bought this flip oven a few months ago & I like it but wish I had stuck with my old ninja foodi multi cooker with pressure cooking, air fry, etc. I'm so sad that it is no longer available. I love that but my flip oven doesn't air fry as well & for some reason it is leaking grease out the back feet when I flip it into storage position. It's very hard to clean it also, because it's hard to get your hands in to wipe it etc. it does bake well & cooks meat beautifully. It also dehydrates well.

We bought this unit to replace one lost in our home due to extensive mold exposure. I will say, the first one was quieter. I don't know why this one is so noisy, but it is definitely noticeable, whereas the other was not. Other than that, we love it. Use it all the time for toast, waffles, English muffins, pizza, tater tots, and more. Highly recommend. The flip function is fabulous in a small kitchen. The first one, I measure our over counter cabinets and thought they were too short and the flip wouldn't work, but when it arrived and I tried it, there was plenty of room and I was so happy! Cabinets are higher up at our new house so no problem with flip here.

I bought this as my current one is simply worn out. I love it and use it every single day for something or other. I took one look at this one and put it right back in the box to return it. The trays are much smaller, the back does not open to clean, there is no toast darkening setting, and it doesn't really 'flip up'. You just lift it up and set it on the back side. It moves around on the counter whereas the older one had a solid bottom that was stationary with hinges so much sturdier. Sent it back and found the older model on another site and bought that one again. Lost the best features.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. I have an older model and gave this to her because I love the way it air frys and it is a great toaster.

We loved our previous Ninja air fryer. We have had issues with this particular as soon as we got it. It's very loud and noisy. And it's very difficult to clean. I would not recommend.

I'm really disappointed with my Ninja Air Fryer. What I loved most about it was that it was an all-in-one appliance. I could air fry, toast, bake, and do pretty much everything in one machine, which saved so much counter space. It was super convenient, and I used it constantly. Unfortunately, after only about a year, it completely stopped working. The screen and lights stopped working first, then the buttons stopped responding, and eventually, I couldn't change the temperature, time, or cooking modes at all. It became unusable, and I ended up throwing it away just this week. I honestly expected better durability from a Ninja product because I really did love it while it worked. It's disappointing that such a convenient appliance didn't last longer. I even reached out to Ninja is there was anything I could do, but no such luck.

AMAZING - SPACE SAVER. This item has changed my life. I have a quite small kitchen and this is my main over. The abibilty to flip it up while not in use but not have to haul it in and out of cabinet is so awesome. Functions are great, easy to clean and has a great stainless steel finish. HIGHLY reco for anyone looking into a toaster/countertop oven.
