Love this appliance. Every function cools to perfection. Easy to flip up for space saving counter space.

Love this machine! I could bake I can broil I can dehydrate, make toast and much more. I’ve had a turkey in my oven and needed to bake a pie and I did it in the oven. Easy to keep clean and it flips up to get it out of my counter space. Don’t know what I would do if this one went down, except to buy another one.

I love this oven and air fryer.It does everything and doesn’t heat up my kitchen. I can do pizza ,bake cookies and air fry meats and veggies.It makes cooking so easy.

Use ours all the time. I love that I can flip it up for more counter space and how many functions it has. I’ve used it to air fry, toast, and bake. It’s wonderful.

works great no issues

I used our previous air fryer mostly for bacon. It was a handle style which was GREAT and easy for draining bacon between batches. This drains to a tray that I have to pull out each time and wipe with a paper towel between each bacon sets. I tried biscuits on the bake setting but they didn't fluff the way they do in a regular oven; okay but not the same. I made chicken tenders and fries tonight and it's nice to be able to do those at the same time.

Great air fryer

I've had mine for a year, and I really like what it does. I cook fish, chicken, small pizzas, vegetables, all sorts of great foods in it. It makes quick, delicious dinners. What I don't like is cleaning it. It's hard to get into it, you have to reach way in and scrub it, pretty much blind. There are quartz tubes to be careful of, and you shouldn't use anything abrasive. When cooking, I use foils and parchment paper covers to keep food from spattering everywhere, but it still is pretty crusty at this point. I clean it, on average, about once a week, doing a pretty thorough job to keep it from being greasy and nasty, but, like I said, after a year, it's still crusty, but still useable. I do love the fact that it flips away and provides more counter space in my small kitchen. I just wish it were easier to clean.

The first one was great for 18 months, then the fan started making a terrible noise. So, maybe just bad luck. We bought a second one and 11 months later, bad fan noise again (at least I have a receipt)

The Ninja Flip does a good job only for air-frying. Heating performance for air-fried food is fine and results are consistent. That said, the product is not as advertised. The flip design causes a serious usability issue: oil and grease leak out when the unit is flipped, spreading across the countertop or kitchen island. This is not limited to fatty foods—oil spray is required for almost all cooking, and the leakage happens regularly, making the process messy and unhygienic. After using this product for about a month, the problem becomes even more apparent. At that point, returning it becomes difficult, but keeping it long-term is equally frustrating. The grease leakage adds extra cleanup work every time, turning what should be a convenient appliance into a chore. Cleaning is particularly difficult. Grease builds up quickly in multiple areas, and thorough cleaning is time-consuming and inconvenient. The design makes it hard to access all the places where residue collects, which goes against the idea of an easy, everyday kitchen appliance. Overall, while air-frying works, the design flaws around grease management and cleaning significantly reduce practicality. This appliance does not meet the expectations set by its marketing, and the flip feature creates more problems than benefits.
