Having grown up watching Bobby Flay, I was excited to test out his cookware to see how it performed. This is a very quality made pan. It carries weight, yet remains lightweight. This comes pre seasoned which is very convenient. It’s nonstick and gets better the more you use it. While I have yet to use this for crepes, I’ve cooked everything from eggs to quesadillas to pancakes to sautéed veggies, and have had a smooth and easy cooking process. This pan heats up quite fast and the heat is evenly distributed, which allows what you’re cooking to be cooked evenly. Cleaning this is hassle-free and requires minimal effort. Make sure to hand wash only, and to dry immediately after washing. This pan will have an endless amount of uses, while lasting a lifetime. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Solid construction: It weighs about 3lbs without the lid but doesn’t feel overly heavy. Fully tri-ply with enclosed edges: Great for easy dishwasher cleaning and no exposed seams. Good thickness: Comparable to Tramontina and other reputable brands, at around 2.5–2.7mm. Perfect size: Ideal for meals for two, sometimes more. I made pasta with mussels last night and only needed this pan. Comfortable handle: Feels sturdy and stays cool while cooking. Cons: Silicone-covered handle: Great for grip but limits oven temperatures. Glass lid: I’m personally not a fan of glass lids. Limited oven safety: Safe only up to 392°F, which could be restrictive for some. It’s unclear if this limitation is due to the glass lid or the silicone handle. Bobby Flay’s name on it: Self-explanatory if you’re not a fan of branding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this 8” carbon steel frypan for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m pretty impressed. It heats up quickly, which makes cooking super efficient, and I love that nothing sticks to it — even with minimal oil. Cleanup is also a breeze, which is a big plus in my book. That said, one downside is that the handle gets quite hot during cooking, so you definitely need to use an oven mitt or towel when handling it. It’s a bit inconvenient, but not a dealbreaker for me. Still, it’s a solid pan that performs well for everyday use.

As a member of The GreenPan Kitchen Team, I tested this product and I'm excited to share my review. I am truly blown away and find myself reaching for this pan constantly. I get the best sear and it's pre-seasoned! I'm already noticing the nonstick layer is getting better after every use. With summer around the corner, I can't wait to use this on grill outside!!!

It is the perfect replacement for a comparable Bialetti long handled nonstick pan I've had for over a decade that is almost impossible to store. The Bobby Flay by Greenpan 15" Carbon Steel Paella pan feels like a good quality pan. I'm just a little intimidated by the cleaning instructions. It feels like the care is similar to seasoned cast iron. The first picture is right out of the box and the second is after cleaning after the first use. It definitely does not maintain appearance, but it does seem to perform well. I am happy to have it and be able to replace my other pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan distributes heat evenly and cleans easily. It's versatile since it can be used on the stovetop or in the oven, and it seems that it will be durable. The handle isn't terribly comfortable, but that's to be expected since it's oven-safe.

If you have never tried carbon steel cookware, this piece is absolutely the best Try my pan! It has a nice weight to it but is much lighter than cast iron.
