Heated up super evenly, nothing stuck to the bottom, and it was big enough to feed the whole crew. Cleanup was actually easy. Really happy with it.

Having grown up watching Bobby Flay, I was excited to test out his cookware to see how it performed. This is a very quality made pan. It carries weight, yet remains lightweight. This comes pre seasoned which is very convenient. It’s nonstick and gets better the more you use it. While I have yet to use this for crepes, I’ve cooked everything from eggs to quesadillas to pancakes to sautéed veggies, and have had a smooth and easy cooking process. This pan heats up quite fast and the heat is evenly distributed, which allows what you’re cooking to be cooked evenly. Cleaning this is hassle-free and requires minimal effort. Make sure to hand wash only, and to dry immediately after washing. This pan will have an endless amount of uses, while lasting a lifetime. Highly recommend.

It’s HUGE and makes it so easy to cook large meals. The sides are tall enough where the food doesn’t spill out when you are cooking. It’s also not extremely heavy despite it being big.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with this Bobby Flay pan! I love that it is stove and oven safe to a certain temp, it makes it so much more versatile. Not just a crepe pan--I did sausage, eggs, and pancakes and it cooked pretty evenly and QUICKLY. It was an absolute breeze to clean, they aren't joking when they say it's a non stick pan. Price is a little high, but for the quality it makes sense.

Fully tri-ply with enclosed edges: Great for easy dishwasher cleaning and no exposed seams. Good thickness: Comparable to Tramontina and other reputable brands, at around 2.5–2.7mm. Perfect size: Ideal for meals for two, sometimes more. I made pasta with mussels last night and only needed this pan. Comfortable handle: Feels sturdy and stays cool while cooking. Cons: Silicone-covered handle: Great for grip but limits oven temperatures. Glass lid: I’m personally not a fan of glass lids. Limited oven safety: Safe only up to 392°F, which could be restrictive for some. It’s unclear if this limitation is due to the glass lid or the silicone handle. Bobby Flay’s name on it: Self-explanatory if you’re not a fan of branding.

I made sure to buy the recommended rice for the dish and followed a recipe with several reviews online. This paella dish is quite large compared to standard skillets, so I did notice the outside edge around the lip didn't get as hot (not sure it matters but we have a flame top range). However, everything cooked through well and my only problem was I added too much liquid to the recipe. I don't have a lot of experience with paella pans but didn't seem to have any major issues with this one!
