Great Pan, I used it for quesadillas and Colombian Arepas and it works great. Nothing sticks, so far I am loving this pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the non-stick coating of the pan. Crepes move so freely and although it’s heavy for me to flip the crepe , it comes off easy. My only concern is I accidentally burned a piece of toast but now I can’t get the pattern of the burn off the pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this pan was impressive! It's been a while since I've made crepes, but this pan did not disappoint. The nonstick surface worked flawlessly and even boasts being able to withstand metal utensils. It feels well made and has a nice heft to it. It heated evenly and I love the low sides to make it easier to flip the crepes. I am excited to see what other uses I can find for this pan beyond crepes, maybe some grilled cheese or quesadillas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with this Bobby Flay pan! I love that it is stove and oven safe to a certain temp, it makes it so much more versatile. Not just a crepe pan--I did sausage, eggs, and pancakes and it cooked pretty evenly and QUICKLY. It was an absolute breeze to clean, they aren't joking when they say it's a non stick pan. Price is a little high, but for the quality it makes sense.

This was my favorite pan but several weeks after regular use the cheap thin nonstick layer wore off and pan began to rust. Yes, rust appeared within hours after washing. Ole Bobby should be ashamed of endorsing a product that I’m sure he’s never used. I’m very disappointed and just wanted to try warm others about this particular pan. It’s a terrible product. BE WARNED, DO NOT PURCHASE!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn’t quite sure what to expect from a carbon steel pan like this (I’ve never seen one before), but I think the closest comparison is a Cast iron pan: similar care (don’t leave it soaking in water, make sure it’s dry afterwards, oven-safe, etc). HOWEVER, my experience using this carbon steel pan was vastly superior. The smooth interior did a great job keeping food from sticking even on the first use. It cooked extremely well, and felt very well-made. It’s lighter in weight than a cast iron pan of similar size which I really liked (similar to a regular pan), and the handle was very comfortable (definitely wear an oven mitt when handling it while cooking though, it does get hot). It washed off beautifully afterwards with a little dish soap and water (picture is after its first use and cleaning). I like when I can put my pans in the dishwasher, this one you cannot, but that’s not something to downgrade the score for, as it’s inherent in the material. I would absolutely purchase more of these in the future in different sizes, it’s just as good as a non-stick pan, seems like it will last much longer, and seemingly safer than Teflon. Fantastic product, and can’t wait to use it more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a cute little pan. Perfect for frying one egg or a pancake. I made a small pasta dish for my toddler and it worked beautifully. I can't see this warping at all. It was easy to clean and season. I honestly love it.

As a member of The GreenPan Kitchen Team, I tested this product and I'm excited to share my review. GreenPan's collaboration with Bobby Flay continues to amaze me!! I love making soups and stews in my dutch oven and eggs on my nonstick frypan, and now I can also enjoy searing delicious steaks on this carbon steel frypan! My favorite part about this item is that you can take this pan outside on the grill, so it's perfect for outdoor cooking in the summertime. I also love how light carbon steel is because it performs like cast iron but is much easier to maneuver. My frypan is already developing a really nice patina as well, and I can't wait to keep using it and seeing it get more nonstick over time. Chef's kiss!
