I get the best sear and it's pre-seasoned! I'm already noticing the nonstick layer is getting better after every use. With summer around the corner, I can't wait to use this on grill outside!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very well made. It was smaller than I was expecting but that was my error not theirs. It’s heavy and cooks wells. This is perfect for a single person or sauté & grilling vegetables, steaks and burgers for. 1 or 2 people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a cute little pan. Perfect for frying one egg or a pancake. I made a small pasta dish for my toddler and it worked beautifully. I can't see this warping at all. It was easy to clean and season. I honestly love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this 8” carbon steel frypan for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m pretty impressed. It heats up quickly, which makes cooking super efficient, and I love that nothing sticks to it — even with minimal oil. Cleanup is also a breeze, which is a big plus in my book. That said, one downside is that the handle gets quite hot during cooking, so you definitely need to use an oven mitt or towel when handling it. It’s a bit inconvenient, but not a dealbreaker for me. Still, it’s a solid pan that performs well for everyday use.

If you have never tried carbon steel cookware, this piece is absolutely the best Try my pan! It has a nice weight to it but is much lighter than cast iron.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Bobby flat carbon steel 8" fry pan! It heats up so fast. I absolutely love the nonstick. it makes clean up so much easier. The handle does heat up, so that's a bummer having no rubber grip. But I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I tried out that new Bobby Flay paella pan last night. Honestly, it worked way better than I thought it would. Heated up super evenly, nothing stuck to the bottom, and it was big enough to feed the whole crew. Cleanup was actually easy. Really happy with it.

The pan is a bit small, but it’s perfect for a couple fried eggs or a serving of scrambled eggs. It does seem to be nonstick. My only complaint (not even bad) is that the handle is thin and flat, so it’s kind of uncomfortable to hold when you’re washing it. Otherwise, it’s great!

It’s HUGE and makes it so easy to cook large meals. The sides are tall enough where the food doesn’t spill out when you are cooking. It’s also not extremely heavy despite it being big.
