I love that you can customize the strength of the espresso with 3 different levels and all the different options-espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte. It prompts you to clean at the end so the machine doesn’t get dirty. It makes noise but it is not noisy by any means and I can’t hear it upstairs.

Easy to customize what I want with the digital screen, brewing time is fast, and it comes out hot! I can put any type of coffee in the dispenser, and it will come out tasting just right. Cleaning is not as bad as I thought. I am a very thorough person though, so I take longer to clean out the parts, but it is easy to take apart and put together.

As for noise level I would say it’s moderate, it doesn’t bother me. Cleaning is also kind of a hassle since it’s so bulky. However this doesn’t affect quality so I’m still going to give it 5 stars.
