[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the first thing that I noticed which made me drop a star is that there are so many STEPS. And it didn’t clarify how exactly to place the beans in there so I struggled with initially adding beans. The settings though are amazing and give you plenty of chances to customize your beverage, will definitely be trying it again and playing with what type of drinks I can do. The only other thing I didn’t love is that I have to use a small cup to fit under the drip, and I tend to drink big cups of coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this Espresso machine is great! Talk about user friendly, this is completely that, in almost every way. From setup to first cup, the process is streamlined and completely doable if you don't have the manual, as it walks you through each step on the LCD screen. Having never made espresso or cappuccino myself like this before, I'm blown away at how it hones/honed my ability with it. Cleaning it is amazingly easy and streamlined as well. Negatives: The first thing that is not the best about this machine, is that a standard cup size or bigger than standard cup size will not fit under the dispenser. I know and then where that macchiato and espresso cups are usually small but I know most people don't have these so there's that. Also there is no milk tank included, therefore you need to provide your own milk tank or area for milk. It's a little confusing regarding what buttons to push initially.

There are wheels in the back to assist in pulling out for cleaning or loading coffee. The scoop for ground coffee doubles as a tool to help install a filter easily. Having come from a Keurig the machine was slightly intimidating but I had no reason to be intimidated! Upon starting it up there are step by step instructions and everything is very intuitive. The machine is very quiet even when grinding beans and the coffee is delicious. There are easily configured options for each drink and you have the ability to save your favorite customizations to a user profile. The machine prompts for emptying trays and cleaning so no chance of drip tray overflow. There is an automatic rinse as the machine turns off and before brewing high is nice.

I'm absolutely obsessed with it! Although it is the smallest if the 3 versions it's quality and functions are not small! I've been wanting to learn how to make my own espressos and fancy coffee drinks ☕️ from home but have always been intimidated....this little baby is perfect for beginners! It's fully automatic and us super smart! 😎 Assembly is really easy as it does not require much. It comes with the basics like a filter, instruction manuals, recipe books, etc. Once set up it walks you through everything step by step. This thing is capable of making SO MANY awesome drinks! Plain coffee, espresso shots, lattes, cappuccino, hot water for cocoa or tea etc. It has a grinder built in for whole espresso beans which is very convenient. If you prefer grounds - that's an option too! This is the "basic" version of the 3 but is just slightly smaller without the milk frother container...but....rest assured because it still froths milk! You just hook the little hose up directly to your dairy product of choice or buy yourself a little cup for frothing. It's super easy and 100% customizable! It's literally what coffee dreams are made of! 😉 There is something for everyone. Clean up is also a breeze. This awesome machine is worth every dollar! I 100% recommend purchasing it especially if you are a beginner. I'm still learning what I like best but so far it's caramel macchiato for the win! My advice is to do your research and practice! Read the manual and experiment, experiment, experiment! The more you play with it the more it does!

It looks intimidating when it comes out of the box but it is well designed and easy to use. The expresso maker has wheels in the back to easily move out if you have under a cabinet, automatically, performs a rinse cycle when shutting down, has user drink storage, is easy to clean and most importantly makes very tasty espresso, cappuccino, lattes, etc! Would definitely recommend!

I love that it grinds the coffee beans direct inside the machine. The screen is colored, well lit and easy to read. The quality of this machine feels amazing. It's sturdy yet sleek. I'll be donating my other coffee maker because this one has all the options I could need. I already have requests from family about what kind of coffee they want come morning. It was a bit noisy at first but by the 4th time running, it became much quieter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re looking at buying an at home espresso machine here are the pros and cons of the kitchen Aid fully automatic expresso machine from a coffee lover but non coffee expert… PROS: Easy to use. Took me about 10-15 minutes to get out of the box and set up. Brews great quality coffee and you can use your favorite coffee beans. Takes about 1-1.15 minutes to brew a cup of coffee or latte. Can customize drinks and make expresso, lattes, americano, cappuccino, macchiato, warm milk or water. Sturdy construction (kitchenaid)but can’t speak about the durability since it’s new. Self cleaning -when you turn on or turn off it will rinse itself and also encourage immediate rinsing of milk tube attachment and it’s easy. Drinks made at home but coffee shop quality! Cons: Large-it approx 19in long and 10in wide. I previously used a nesspresso and it was tiny compared to this machine but the coffee with this machine is much better. Because it’s self cleaning you have to empty out water from bottom drip tray frequently so it does not linger there. Even if you use a cup to catch water as it cleans, steam still end up down there. It is however very easy to clean.

It’s really a very gorgeous looking and well made machine. After turning it on and getting to know all of its functions and capabilities, I also fell in love with the fact it’s fully 100% automated, as well as cleans itself, which is always a major plus in my home. Another thing I love is the convenience of simply pouring your coffee beans in and it will automatically grind the coffee for whatever kind of drink you want to make! You’re also able to save all of your personal preferences. All around an amazing machine and definitely makes my kitchen and morning routine a lot more luxurious!
