I was hesitant because of the price, but took the plunge and got it. So glad I did, It is the best coffee I have ever had. It was intimidating at first trying to use it. I Utubed the directions for set up. (easier than the instructions) Supper simple to use. I don't like that when it turns on, it goes through the cleaning cycle, but I just leave an empty cup under it at all times. Still getting used to adjusting all my options, but I have mastered the cappuccino and it is delicious. Would recommend if you can afford it.

Around the one month mark I have been dealing with the espresso dripping and not producing enough. I have tried all the cleaning steps and sometimes it will work and sometimes it won't. I am disappointed as when the machine does work properly I LOVE it. I chatted with customer service and they told me to keep trying the cleaning steps but I am starting to get a little frustrated with it.

I do have some complaints too, but I will list those later. The machine is pretty big but incredibly sleek and high-tech looking. You can use coffee beans or ground coffee, and you can customize nearly everything from the type of coffee beverage, the size, the temperature, the strength of coffee, etc. After doing the initial cleaning I made 2 shots of espresso in a small cup, and it tasted great. I’m excited to experiment with different drinks and even the recipes included in the mini booklet that came with the machine. My main complaint is that the milk container is completely missing, and the hose connector is literally cut in half and the other half is missing. I’m not sure why. Luckily I think I can find ways around that, but it’s a little disappointing. Other than that, I am really impressed and can’t wait to see what this beautiful machine can do!

I love that it grinds the coffee beans direct inside the machine. The screen is colored, well lit and easy to read. The quality of this machine feels amazing. It's sturdy yet sleek. I'll be donating my other coffee maker because this one has all the options I could need. I already have requests from family about what kind of coffee they want come morning. It was a bit noisy at first but by the 4th time running, it became much quieter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this Espresso machine is great! Talk about user friendly, this is completely that, in almost every way. From setup to first cup, the process is streamlined and completely doable if you don't have the manual, as it walks you through each step on the LCD screen. Having never made espresso or cappuccino myself like this before, I'm blown away at how it hones/honed my ability with it. Cleaning it is amazingly easy and streamlined as well. Negatives: The first thing that is not the best about this machine, is that a standard cup size or bigger than standard cup size will not fit under the dispenser. I know and then where that macchiato and espresso cups are usually small but I know most people don't have these so there's that. Also there is no milk tank included, therefore you need to provide your own milk tank or area for milk. It's a little confusing regarding what buttons to push initially.

My husband says the espresso tastes watered down, but I don't agree, it boils down to personal preference. I do have a coffee maker and when comparing the two machines, this espresso makes a great cup of coffee. This thing is very bulky so I put my regular coffee maker away. In my opinion, this machine wastes a lot of water for a single cup of coffee, it rinses before AND after use. Another con is, if you don't buy the milk tank, this machine can't make the drinks that require milk, so you're not getting the full experience. Lastly, when I was cleaning the drip tray, the latch broke off, thus making the whole machine unusable because it thinks there is no drip tray without the little piece that broke off. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of it but mine didn’t come with the milk tank, it’s very nice quality and i could see myself really enjoying it but i also haven’t gotten it to work. cleaning process isn’t too strenuous but it’s definitely got a few different compartments you have to make sure to clean, it’s a lot bigger than i was expecting. The noise level is minimal but nothing more than the usual sound like a kurig. I’ll have to trouble shoot it some more to see if i can get it figured out.
