As someone who is not the best with technology, the directions were easy to follow. It is a bit overwhelming with all the choices you have, however once I got over the “technology” part the choices help you create the perfect espresso or espresso drink for you. There is an attachment that you can put into your choice of milk product to make different drinks which I like because we can switch out the types of milk easily. It’s sleek and very high quality. Would highly recommend.

The grinding portion of the machine can be a little noisy but that is to be expected. Machine allows you to save several preferences for you favorite drinks. The screen guides you through the step by step processes of making each drink.
