Recently bought this Fully Automatic Espresso machine to replace another Fully Automatic machine that I had for 18 years. The machine can produce a decent single shot or Americano. Temperatures on HIGH are around 140-145F into a warm rinsed cup. The big problem is the milk beverages. The temperature of the milk is very low on high temp. For a factory set latte on HIGH temp, pre-milk the shot was 145F, once the milk was added the temp decreases to 127F. This is not acceptable, on high the milk temp should be at least 145F and preferably around 160F. I agree with other reviewers that the milk heating on this machine is extremely sub-par. The problem is that there is no way to remedy unlike a manual steam wand. The temperature drops even more if you want a more traditionally sized latte with 6-8oz milk. Very disappointed, and hoping there is someone who can remedy this.

It was easy to clean we put one of the cleaning tablets in there it comes with 2. It's not loud at all very quiet when making the drink. The only thing is the booklet shows a milk container and it didn't come with one. It does have a water tank but it shows the milk tank not attached to it so I guess you have to buy that separately which is fine. Another awesome thing is one of the booklets it comes with shows you a couple recipes to make drinks. It also comes with a water filter you can put in the water tank and a scoop for the coffee beans. I've never had one before and I absolutely love it I'm so excited to have one.

The fact that I don't have to manually froth the milk for my wife's Late Macchiato anymore is awesome! She took some time to get used to the coffee from the Kitchenaid, but I took to it immediately with the Americano. And, cleaning is a breeze! This is just a well built, all around coffee/cappuccino machine. Definitely recommend it.

Love the metal in a beautiful brushed stainless finish with a solid commercial grade port’s filter, not only gives it a sleek look, but also ensures its durability. It's actually better than other coffee makers on the market. And here is some information just in case you might don’t know: this machine includes removable bean hopper, illuminated dispenser, cup clearance ( 3.5” to 5.4” ( 89-137mm) , 11 drink types, 4 user profiles, cappuccinatore and 2.4” color display ! The machine is easy to operate, easy to maintain. This product has an easy to use color display and is easily adjustable to your preferences. As for the noise, it really doesn't make much noise, it's really quiet. There are a lot of people who don't like the noise of the machine and the coffee, but I like that noise and the scent, the aroma of coffee every morning when I'm only half awake and this coffee machine makes the other half of me awake. That’s how my day starts !!!!!! It also does well cleaning itself and giving you clear directions when something needs to be filled or emptied. Its a great machine! I love having one machine that will do it all! You just have to read the directions . After some adjustments got the coffee to taste the way I like it. It works so well and makes delicious espresso. It’s easy to use even on those early mornings when you can barely open one eye. and I have absolutely no complaints about it. And don't worry if you don't know how to make coffee. because they give you a recipe book for that. So, if you're an espresso lover like me, this machine is a must-have!

There are wheels in the back to assist in pulling out for cleaning or loading coffee. The scoop for ground coffee doubles as a tool to help install a filter easily. Having come from a Keurig the machine was slightly intimidating but I had no reason to be intimidated! Upon starting it up there are step by step instructions and everything is very intuitive. The machine is very quiet even when grinding beans and the coffee is delicious. There are easily configured options for each drink and you have the ability to save your favorite customizations to a user profile. The machine prompts for emptying trays and cleaning so no chance of drip tray overflow. There is an automatic rinse as the machine turns off and before brewing high is nice.

It looks intimidating when it comes out of the box but it is well designed and easy to use. The expresso maker has wheels in the back to easily move out if you have under a cabinet, automatically, performs a rinse cycle when shutting down, has user drink storage, is easy to clean and most importantly makes very tasty espresso, cappuccino, lattes, etc! Would definitely recommend!
