I like it when you can create a profile and set which coffee you prefer. It's so easy to clean; you can just pull out the tray. It's also easy to dispose of the coffee puck and drippings. Plus, it's not too noisy, especially when steaming milk or grinding the coffee beans.

The saved user profiles and customizable options allow my boyfriend and I to easily access our favorite drinks. Mine a latte — his a classic cup of joe! The customization for user profiles to go as in depth as the heat level of the coffee, strength, brew size, etc. is beyond expectations!! Appreciate the pre-selected options and the cute booklet of fun drinks to make… espresso martini’s anyone?! Have always loved kitchenaid products and this one exceeded everything I could’ve ever wanted in a fully-automatic espresso machine!

The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is since it’s so high tech it gets a little confusing to set up and operate at first. Other than that I am completely in love!

Also worth noting it goes through several rinse cycles every time it turns on so you end up having to refill the water tank often. Other than that it’s an excellent machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality expresso machine makes some noise in the beginning while the water works into the machine easy self cleaning you can customize coffee strength water and milk levels brews 2 shots of expresso or single scoop of coffee. Love this machine it reminds me of when I worked at Krispy Kreme when I was younger.

It’s like having your own coffee shop on your countertop. It grinds quieter than a normal coffee maker percolating. This is a major upgrade to my kitchen appliance collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was to much if you drink expressos on a daily you will love it I don’t I switch between it and my regular coffee it was heavy my husband had to help the delivery guy if this was smaller and more compact I believe it would be awesome noise was low just normal def not mad I got it but won’t be using it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing! The fact that it can do espresso, coffee, and make cappuccinos all on its own, is just out of this world! It has so much versatility, the temperature of your coffee, volume of milk, and so much more. I love that it’s not super loud, while brewing or while cleaning. The self cleaning is great, it even lets you know which parts need to be cleaned and when! The profile saver is great for mornings just click your profile and the coffee you would like that day and your off! It does have a downside, at the moment, you have to have a milk cup, this model doesn’t come with a milk reservoir to keep in the fridge, but when they release it, I will be getting it! The reservoir holds the milk for the coffee and just plugs in to the machine for ease!
