[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this we just tried it for the first time this morning and it's AMAZING!! It was easy to clean we put one of the cleaning tablets in there it comes with 2. It's not loud at all very quiet when making the drink. The only thing is the booklet shows a milk container and it didn't come with one. It does have a water tank but it shows the milk tank not attached to it so I guess you have to buy that separately which is fine. Another awesome thing is one of the booklets it comes with shows you a couple recipes to make drinks. It also comes with a water filter you can put in the water tank and a scoop for the coffee beans. I've never had one before and I absolutely love it I'm so excited to have one.

All you have to do is put the coffee/espresso beans or ground coffee in, fill the water tank and press a button! It’s perfect for those that enjoy specialty coffee drinks without all of the work! Strength, temperature, volume, body, grind size, and number of shots can all be adjusted to your personal liking. It is capable of saving up to four different profiles so each person can save their favorite drink preferences! I love the self cleaning/rinsing features and the machine will remind you to do them when needed. There is a whole menu dedicated just to the several types of self cleanings! A box of essentials is included which contains a milk tube, water filter, cleaning tablets, a coffee scoop/filter installer, easy to follow instruction booklet, quick start guide and a recipe book! The on screen menu offers a one button touch for espresso, cappuccino, caffe latte, Americano, coffee, macchiato, latte macchiato, warm milk and hot water. I could go on and on, but basically every feature you could ever want, this machine has (and then some!) It’s perfect for anyone from beginners to experts. The loudest sound it makes is during grinding, but even that is not terribly loud. It is a heavy, very well made machine. I highly recommend it!

The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is since it’s so high tech it gets a little confusing to set up and operate at first. Other than that I am completely in love!

I had a different brand of superautomatic before this and there are a lot of things to really like about the Kitchenaid. First, I am only an espresso or coffee drinker so I do not care about milk and frothing. Most of my opinions are in contrast with my previous brand. This has an easily accessible water tank with an obvious sightglass to see water level from the left side. The coffee ground puck container and the drip tray are considerably larger and I can go a week without needing to empty them( I am the only one using the machine). The default settings make a perfect espresso so I have not had to mess with changing it, but the options are there if you require something different. This machine has little rollers that help you move it around the countertop, which is necessary for me to access the right side. YMMV. What not to like? Only two small issues, so far. The manual is one of the worst I have had for explaining everything, especially what kind of messages I might receive and what to do about them. Apparently this machine is too new to have generic cleaning tablets available so I am stuck paying Kitchenaid prices for their tabs, but that could change in the future. This is a top-of-the-line machine in many respects but it is so easy to use and makes wonderful coffee as easily as pushing just 2 buttons!

It requires very little work and cleans itself. ideal for people who want a real espresso drink but are on the run. Filling the water is quite easy, and the LCD alerts you when it runs low. Has the ability to be filled to the brim with beans, and it grinds them as it brews the desired beverage. You can also incorporate ground beans. Water and coffee grounds can be easily disposed of, and cleaning is made simple by the removable tray. Before and after brewing, it performs a self-cleaning function. The choice is rather straightforward: you indicate your preference for a single or double shot, the strength, the heat preference , and the type of drink. Grind and brew time is really short, and you may decide whether to use the milk function or simply make your own beverage. My buddies immediately asked for drinks after seeing the beautifully constructed machine. This is an excellent resource to help you avoid buying Starbucks. As I have already done, I will undoubtedly continue to brew at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time owning an expresso machine so I may be biased on my review. I love coffee and had to get this! I will say it’s a lot to learn but the instructions are very clear and you can also go to the website using the QR code to look at how to set it up and find some delicious recipes. As for noise level I would say it’s moderate, it doesn’t bother me. Cleaning is also kind of a hassle since it’s so bulky. However this doesn’t affect quality so I’m still going to give it 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this item for about 4 days now and have been playing with it everyday and sometimes several times a day. It’s a high quality, beautifully simplistic peace of machinery. Much larger and heavier than I was expecting. Has plenty of caffeinated drink options along with a green tea, hot water, hot milk options. Has plenty of settings such as how hot you want you drink, how strong you want the coffee to be, what type of milk whether dairy or plant-based, milk first or coffee first and some other options I can’t remember at the moment. It isn’t entirely noiseless but not super noisy either. Also, I have noticed that when using pre-ground coffee, the flavor of it isn’t as strong and tastes slightly watered down as when using the freshly ground coffee beans the taste of black coffee is stronger. However, I do love that you have the 2 options of using coffee beans or pre-ground coffee. It grounds the coffee beans for you too! I absolutely LOVE that there’s options u can use to set the machine to clean itself and to auto shut off when not in use anywhere from 8 minutes to 8 hours. Right before it shuts off it does a quick clean cycle and drips out the water when cleaning itself right into the drip try. This machine is definitely hassle free in that respect. When using coffee beans, the aroma is so deliciously aromatic. Any coffee lover would be obsessed! LOVED, that there’s also an option to add PROFILES! Thought that was pretty cool! (FYI, KF6 can add 4 profiles, but CAN’T personalize them ~meaning naming them~, KF7 can add 4 profiles, and CAN personalize them, KF8 can add 6 profiles, and CAN personalize them). I think the only real complaint (if you want to even call it that) is that I wish you can add a larger option to the size of the drink. For example, I had a cappuccino the other day but it was only about an xtra small/small cup worth. I understand a lot of these aren’t normally full size cups of coffee but I would have liked it for it to have that type of option. All in all, we love this espresso machine here at home!

The saved user profiles and customizable options allow my boyfriend and I to easily access our favorite drinks. Mine a latte — his a classic cup of joe! We’re loving this fully automatic machine so much & so impressed by the self cleaning capabilities. We’re living out our barista dreams!!!!
