You can even make your own creations! Super quiet, makes less noise than a drip machine which is surprising because it's literally grinding the beans. It has many great features like 15+ already programmed recipes and a milk frother and heater, a removable bean hopper with a purging system to help get rid of the excess bean grounds. It also features smart dosing technology that allows you to measure and grind the perfect amount of beans each time for the best results. The machine also let's you know when it's time to clean it which is really nice. Overall a very nice machine to easily make a nice cup espresso or other gourmet flavored coffees.

Easy cleanup. Doable with ground or beans coffee. Lots of options to choose from. Didn’t come with milk tank but I made my own reservoir. Coffee tastes so good. There are wheels in the back to assist in pulling out for cleaning or loading coffee. The scoop for ground coffee doubles as a tool to help install a filter easily. Having come from a Keurig the machine was slightly intimidating but I had no reason to be intimidated! Upon starting it up there are step by step instructions and everything is very intuitive. The machine is very quiet even when grinding beans and the coffee is delicious. There are easily configured options for each drink and you have the ability to save your favorite customizations to a user profile. The machine prompts for emptying trays and cleaning so no chance of drip tray overflow. There is an automatic rinse as the machine turns off and before brewing high is nice.

I didn't think I'd ever be able to make these amazing coffee shop drinks at home but now I'm a barista! It's fully automatic so it's very easy to use! Just follow the directions on the screen and enjoy! No shoes or driving required!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has seriously upgraded my morning routine! instead of drinking multiple coffees, i’m down to one espresso. the directions were easy to follow. my only complaint is the machine is long so you definitely need a space for it.

I was hesitant because of the price, but took the plunge and got it. So glad I did, It is the best coffee I have ever had. It was intimidating at first trying to use it. I Utubed the directions for set up. (easier than the instructions) Supper simple to use. I don't like that when it turns on, it goes through the cleaning cycle, but I just leave an empty cup under it at all times. Still getting used to adjusting all my options, but I have mastered the cappuccino and it is delicious. Would recommend if you can afford it.

It perfectly makes each drink how I set it. When you do the math for what you might spend buying one cup of your favorite coffee drink over a year (depending how much you drink it), it makes total sense to buy one if you can. It does not disappoint.

I had a different brand of superautomatic before this and there are a lot of things to really like about the Kitchenaid. First, I am only an espresso or coffee drinker so I do not care about milk and frothing. Most of my opinions are in contrast with my previous brand. This has an easily accessible water tank with an obvious sightglass to see water level from the left side. The coffee ground puck container and the drip tray are considerably larger and I can go a week without needing to empty them( I am the only one using the machine). The default settings make a perfect espresso so I have not had to mess with changing it, but the options are there if you require something different. This machine has little rollers that help you move it around the countertop, which is necessary for me to access the right side. YMMV. What not to like? Only two small issues, so far. The manual is one of the worst I have had for explaining everything, especially what kind of messages I might receive and what to do about them. Apparently this machine is too new to have generic cleaning tablets available so I am stuck paying Kitchenaid prices for their tabs, but that could change in the future. This is a top-of-the-line machine in many respects but it is so easy to use and makes wonderful coffee as easily as pushing just 2 buttons!
