It makes maintenance very easy by self cleaning after every use and has alerts to remind you when to use the descaler that it conveniently comes with. It has a large water capacity. The noise level is at medium level. Very solidly built and sleek. Absolutely love it.

When I tell you this thing does it all, I mean it! From a smooth cup of coffee to a delicious latte. My model did not come with a milk frother, but I couldn’t “add to cart” quick enough to make my morning drinks complete. It was so easy to set up and it automatically rinses the machine when you power down (don’t forgot to put a mug underneath for this step to avoid the first time mess like I did!) to keep your machine it tip top shape. No more need to buy those expensive pods that are terrible for the environment. You can use the whole bean or ground coffee of your choosing! Only downside is that it does take up counter real estate, but worth it in my opinion to have one machine that does it all.

The multiple functions and settings you can use is amazing. The fact that you can set a user info… example set your favorite drinks on your own profile saves you so much time. Every feature on this is fantastic!!!! The only thing that is annoying but doesn’t change my mind on how much I love this machine is that it uses a lot of water. When you start the machine it does a rinse cycle and when you shut it off it does as well. That’s the only thing I’m not a fan of but I get why they do it. I will definitely recommend this to everyone I know.

Coffee menu is very intuitive and easy to customize, coffee temperature is nice and hot on the highest setting, and milk-based beverages are delicious, with a perfect milk froth. Really like the side water tank, which can be removed easily even with low upper kitchen cabinets above the machine. The materials are super high quality, especially since the outer panels are made of stainless steel rather than flimsy plastic like most other machines in this price range. Very easy to clean as well. In my opinion, it's a far better appliance than its direct competitors, even the ones double the price!

The setup was easy and the packaging was very protective. It is fairly large on the counter, but for the functionality it has is totally worth it. Can’t wait to keep drinking espresso drinks from this machine.

Recently bought this Fully Automatic Espresso machine to replace another Fully Automatic machine that I had for 18 years. The machine can produce a decent single shot or Americano. Temperatures on HIGH are around 140-145F into a warm rinsed cup. The big problem is the milk beverages. The temperature of the milk is very low on high temp. For a factory set latte on HIGH temp, pre-milk the shot was 145F, once the milk was added the temp decreases to 127F. This is not acceptable, on high the milk temp should be at least 145F and preferably around 160F. I agree with other reviewers that the milk heating on this machine is extremely sub-par. The problem is that there is no way to remedy unlike a manual steam wand. The temperature drops even more if you want a more traditionally sized latte with 6-8oz milk. Very disappointed, and hoping there is someone who can remedy this.

And it can make 4 shots. There is multiple options for different types of drinks. I made my self a latte and I’m in heaven. You can use ground or whole beans which is nice. And a built in milk mixer so you don’t have to warm your milk up separately. This is a great product for those that want an elegant easy to use machine that makes amazing coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having an Expresso machine right in my kitchen. The different brew options are great to satisfy my husband and I. This product exceeded my expectations, the self cleaning function makes a huge difference in maintenance. It's as easy as pressing a button. It's very beginner friendly. There are a few cons however, 1. The instruction book is very generic and not much help getting started. 2. The spot where you put the grounds is under a cover that you have to remove to add coffee to every single brew. If you add it before choosing your drink, it dumps the grounds and causes you to refill using twice as much coffee. 3. The Expresso machine does not get hot enough. Everything comes out warm even on the highest temp setting. If you add any creamer or additional anything it instantly is too cold to drink and requires it to be rewarmed. Overall I would recommend this machine to friends and family and even new coffee users. It has so many customization options there is no way you won't find something you like.
