Not the best TV I have ever had. Setup much harder than previous TV's. Bose sound bar does not work after I bought suggested adapter. Roku streamer works some of the time. No problem on my other three TV's. Base support does not appear very sturdy. Picture OK, but no better than any others.

This is a great television. Samsung did really well in the design and architecture of this model. I have enjoyed Samsung products for years now. And I will continue to purchase, and enyoy their products into the future. Itruly love the contrast and vivid color. As well as I am able to use all of my streaming platforms to stream my favorite content, as it has a remarkable response time. With outstanding brightness.

What she loves most is being able to relax in bed and watch all her favorite channels in complete comfort. I got my Samsung crystal UHD from Verizon when I s5artwd internet service for my home. The first time I turned it on I thought something was wrong because the picture clarity and sound were unlike anything I've ever seen and heard on a TV. Now i can't go anywhere n watch TV unless it's a Samsung. Truly excellent quality. Everything about this TV makes my viewing experiences perfect everything. Very easy to navigate.

So far I am really loving this tv. The resolution is clear, the brightness and contrast are perfect and i like that i can control it easily and adjust if need be. I even have a window that shines on it during the morning hours and the glare isn't bad that im able to still view what im watching. The sound is great the only part ive noticed is when im in Netflix watching something I do have to turn it up by like 20 notches more but thats not a major issue.

I'm really happy with my 50-inch Samsung smart TV — the picture is crisp, the colors pop, and the UI is smooth and easy to navigate. Everything from movies to sports look great. The smart features feel fast and thought out, switching between apps is quick and painless. It also looks great on the wall, very streamline rather and bulky and out of place. It delivers exactly what I wanted as my main TV.

There is absolutely no setting at all that isn't far too loud on commercials and then you cannot hear the dialog when the show or movie is back on. And when music plays in the show?! It is beyond distorted. It is awful. I have no bought a soundbar almost as expensive as the tv itself hoping that helps because the tv picture is great. Very disappointed with sound, it is difficult to watch anything it is that bad.

Samsung had a longer warrantee, and an excellent price for the features. My only hesitation was due to some negative comments I had read regarding the remote, but I purchased it anyway. I am happy to say that the remote, although very simple, works just fine, the picture overall is excellent, sound is very good, and the interface is intuitive and easy to master. I have only had this tv for a few weeks but so far I am liking it a lot and would strongly recommend.
