I am so glad I purchased this 50" Samsung Crystal UHD Tv. It is the perfect size for the room we have it in. Great price beautiful clear picture and even the sound is good without adding a sound bar. I did make setting adjustment changes to the picture mode and to the Tv and sound settings after watching some Youtube videos. The picture was nice right out of the box but after some setting changes to the picture mode and Tv and sound settings there is a 100% difference in the picture and sound. I wish they would include a user manual for the Tv and remote but they don't. The paper work that comes in the box is not very helpful. I know you can download the user manual online but it would be nice if they just included it in the box. Maybe that was a good thing it made me watch the youtube videos and learn even more about the this Tv. Believe me if you think you are happy with the picture from the Tv right out of the box watch some videos play around with the settings you will not be sorry. A few tweaks and it can be a night and day difference in the picture quality. I just hope I get as many years out of this one as I got out of my old one.

We recently purchased this TV for our guest room. Great picture and awesome price! Would like another one but no longer on sale that I could find.

Features such as brightness, contrast , and responsiveness are just fine. My only complaint is the volume on the Samsung remote. If it wasn't for my son, I would not have been able to figure out that you need to push up the volume button as opposed to pressing down on the volume button. Also as grandmother , I needed help to program the other remote for the cable carrier.

The size is perfect for her room, but more importantly, the picture and clarity are good for her to see from her bed. The usb port was perfect to put in a flash drive with old home movies.

The second one acts up all the time, won't connect quickly to a station, you can't load certain streaming services. It wasn't easy to set up. Usually it takes me a few minutes. This took me over an hour. Not user friendly.

The only way I can get it to work is by plugging in a Roku to the HDMI input port. I couldn't use a Sonos Beam because it only works by plugging it in to the same HDMI port and then I can't get a picture on the TV.
