I got my Samsung crystal UHD from Verizon when I s5artwd internet service for my home. The first time I turned it on I thought something was wrong because the picture clarity and sound were unlike anything I've ever seen and heard on a TV. Now i can't go anywhere n watch TV unless it's a Samsung. Truly excellent quality. Everything about this TV makes my viewing experiences perfect everything. Very easy to navigate.

Samsung had a longer warrantee, and an excellent price for the features. My only hesitation was due to some negative comments I had read regarding the remote, but I purchased it anyway. I am happy to say that the remote, although very simple, works just fine, the picture overall is excellent, sound is very good, and the interface is intuitive and easy to master. I have only had this tv for a few weeks but so far I am liking it a lot and would strongly recommend.

My main thing I love about Samsung products is that I could control all my devices from my phone. Yes 5have a Samsung phone! However, I just open my Smart Things app and handle business. My kids always try to sneak and watch TV late at night so all I do is open the application and it tells me if the TV is on or off and whats being watched. I can simply turn off the TV without losing my sweet spot in bed. The picture quality,the brightness, the contrast, resolution and soundstage (especially sound) is so crystal clear. I can hear the kids television from another room and the volume is in the teens. I can go on and on with all good things to say about Samsung products. As far as I know I am a satisfied customer and every dollar spent on all my televisions, sound bars, phones, ectra. I have absolutely zero regrets. Thank you Samsung for making such great products for reasonable prices.

It also is capable of pairing ,Bluetooth, cast,and cross device pair with many other samsung devices and accessories.When watching videos or movies the pictures quality is Crystal clear as I see why same chose to put Crystal in the name of television. For everything the TV offer at such reasonable price it's worth it 👌

There is absolutely no setting at all that isn't far too loud on commercials and then you cannot hear the dialog when the show or movie is back on. And when music plays in the show?! It is beyond distorted. It is awful. I have no bought a soundbar almost as expensive as the tv itself hoping that helps because the tv picture is great. Very disappointed with sound, it is difficult to watch anything it is that bad.
