Needed to replace a 20 year old 32" Samsung for the bedroom. It still worked great. the speakers were starting to fail. We bought a 42" QLED, very easy to setup with incredible picture and sound. Nice work Samsung.

The contrast makes gaming so much better on bigger maps and the brightness of color depth! The interface is easy to use and very user friendly.

I have trembling fingers and senior eyesight. I ended up getting a "senior remote." I also found it overwhelming to set up everything on it and had to have a friend help. And I'm tech minded.

Stay away from this unit and brand. The television failed 100 days into service which meant I was past the 90 day return period to the store and had to rely on the "3-year manufacturer warranty." The repair service contracted through Samsung cancelled the first service appointment 30 minutes after Samsung Care put in the ticket, which was against their own practices according to the email I was sent when the ticket submitted. So I reached out to their office of the president and was assigned a very unprofessional case manager that apparently leads that team that provided virtually no updates on my failed unit or failed service appointment over 14 days. This same unprofessional case manager proceeded to lie to me and say that no accomodation could be made because my television was out of warranty. This is with me having already communicated the unit was bought at a club that included a 3-year warranty. I was finally able to receive a check for the purchase price minus taxes paid today; though this was after a bunch of lies and subterfuge from Samsung Care, the case manager from the office of the president, and Samsung's Exchange and Refund department. I will not put another Samsung piece of equipment in my home, unless they paid me to do so. There is a reason why all of the positive reviews have the collected as part of a promotion disclaimer. Save yourself time, money and the headache and go with a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My UHD Samsung TV is so sickly clear, it's awesome to watch anything and everything from the kiddos watching their movies to the wife's drama/reality shows to my sporting games. Technology has come a long way so fast that when I'm watching live sporting events like a baseball game, the color of the grass is so surreal you can almost smell how freshly it's been cut. That being said you don't need to touch to adjust the settings like the brightness, contrast, refresh rate nor the resolution as the Samsung Team just continues to raise the bare when it comes to its engineering!
