[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Shark 3 in 1 steam pick up for free in exchange for my honest review. I’ve always wanted something just like this that way I can clean my floors as much as I want without adding any harmful chemicals. I no longer need a mop. It’s quiet; it’s not loud like most floor cleaning machines. You can use it on hardwood, marble, tile, stone, laminate, and vinyl floors. It’s super easy, all you need to do is add water. It picks up any debris, deep scrubs, and steam sanitizes to the floor. It’s also very lightweight too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steam pickup was easy to assemble. You only need to add water (not soap) to clean the designated surface. I tested it out by cleaning on a small area of carpet. I rated it 4 stars because it was not easy to pull apart to clean out the machine.

I did my research in regards to what is a good steam mop. I previously had a bissell steam mop that required to change out the pads after every use… which I can tell you was quite annoying. The bissell ended up giving up on life after around 2 years of inconsistent use. So, here I am with the Shark 3-1 steam mop. Unboxing I was quite skeptical since the first thing I noticed was the size of the machine. It was just a lot smaller than what I expected, but let me tell you. The moment I started using it, my mind was blown. I didn’t presweep the floor the first time I used it, and I can immediately tell the difference once I was done. The floor definitely felt cleaner and I didn’t feel the itsy bitsy materials that can’t be caught by the naked eye. I’m a bare foot walker inside the home, so I can feel the difference from the first time I used this mop and the bissell. The suction of the vacuum is great. The steam that comes out is even better ! It comes with 3 different intensities which also comes handy. One of the other cons of the system is the water tank size. I probably filled up twice with an intensity of steam set to “2” with a household size of around 1500-1700 sq ft. Maybe I am also just mopping slow and making sure I get all debris and steam the floor nicely and to my liking. Another con I must also mention is cleaning the system after, I definitely rinse off all the debris caught in the catcher and also the brush after every use. I mentioned earlier that I had a bissell where I just had to change out the pads, which got annoying because I just kept buying new pads instead of reusing the ones I had. With this machine, I rinse the whole catcher system out and the brush roll.. that might be disgusting to some but I don’t really mind it at all if it will help keep the system running as smooth as possible and effective. Nonetheless, I have no regrets not going back to bissell because this machine most definitely exceeded all expectations and takes the ugh out of mopping! Having this in your household arsenal will only make you want to steam your floors atleast 3-4x / wk, which is what I am doing now! worth every investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say I was pleasantly surprised with how well this worked, but what’s holding me back from giving it 5 stars is the fact that when I received it I had hoped it would work on carpets as well but it only works on hard floors, but it’s still useful for cleanings in the kitchen/bathrooms!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mop was exactly what I needed. A regular vacuum only sucks up dirt but doesn't mop the floor. This one does both! It was very easy to put together and use. I love how lightweight it is too. Ice used other similar vacuums in the past but those were so heavy and bulky.

I had bought a bissel steamer and returned it. It was top heavy and you had to hold a button down for it to work. The Shark is easy to use, works awesome, my floors feel so clean. It’s easy to take apart for cleaning. I highly recommend the Shark steamer. We have 3 big dogs and wood floors and tile, it does a great job lots of steam making everything very clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mop is super lightweight and easy to use. It produces a nice amount of steam after only about 10 seconds of activating the brush roll. I like the simplicity of use and that you don’t need any cleaning products, just water. I also think it’s genius to be able to skip sweeping the floor and go straight to mopping. We have wood-look tile flooring with grout that’s about 1/4” wide. I found that going first against and then with the direction of the grout produced good results without missing the recessed area. The floors were wet after, but it wasn’t nearly as much as using a traditional mop and because the water was hot, it evaporated very quickly. Cleaning the device after use could be an area where those with tactile aversion could have an issue. I personally get the ick from touching food on dishes in the sink, and it would be similar if you used this steam mop to clean up food spills. My solution to that would be to only use the steam mop once most of the mess has already been cleaned up with paper towels. I realize that this mop was built to handle that, but I feel like it’s just as much work and maybe even messier to clean the brush roll and debris tank. I feel like a self-clean cycle could help with this issue, but it’s mostly a personal preference, so I wouldn’t deduct any points there. I feel like this would be a great alternative to a traditional mop for folks with back pain, because it eliminates the need to haul a bucket of water around and the brush roll does the scrubbing for you. The storage tray is very handy and keeps the footprint small, so this mop takes up very little room. Overall, I think this is an excellent product especially if you have tile floors. The photos in this review are after cleaning a very small area that was just mopped with a traditional yarn mop and bucket only 3 days prior. I was impressed with how it still picked up quite a bit of dirt and debris and left our floor spotless.

This is a great product! I have dogs and I am very cautious about what I put on my floors to clean them. This was an instant solution. The steam disinfects and cleans my floors beautifully. Plus, it is so easy to use and clean afterward. My cleaning lady came on Friday and used she used it for the first time. She was so impressed with the fantastic job that it did in my home, she said she wanted to order one to bring with her to use at all of the homes that she cleans!
