So far, I am loving this floor cleaner. It is nice not to have to vacuum before mopping, as this machine does both. It is lightweight and a bit self propelled, just pulls itself along. It does a good job on my tile. It does leave streaks on my hardwood. It is a bit of trouble to take apart and clean after doing the floors but I still recommend it.

I have tile floors and this makes cleaning them so easy! It comes with 3 roller brushes, so you can swap out the dirty one and be ready for the next cleaning. It cleans nicely & floors dry quickly.

I love that it combines picking up messes, steaming, and sanitizing, in one convenient tool, so I don't have to sweep and mop separately. It picks up dirt and stains in my hardwood floors AMAZINGLY and leaves the floors not only looking spotless and shiny but smelling fresh. The steam heats up very quickly, and the mop is easy to maneuver around the house. This is a great option for everyday cleaning and especially helpful for me on days when dealing with bigger messes or areas that need a deeper clean. This is definitely a necessity for my home since I never get a break from cleaning and it has saved me from back ache that other mops have given me, I don't know how I've ever lived without this!

I love this machine. It makes cleaning up for me easier and I love that Shark replaced my broken one for me for free! Also the young man that helped me was very nice. I love the color of this steam pickup. It definitely removes the hard on stains from my floor. Thank you again Shark!

The head is only 9.5x5.5 very small for large floors. It seem like it took me forever. It did pick up Morgan I thought it would but floors still had dirt on them. The brush picked up dirt but did not wash floors.

this product barely cleaned the tile in our bathrooms and kitchen, did nothing for the grout in between the tiles, and left scratches over our manufactured hardwood floors. feel this device was not worth the money we paid for it

I normally LOVE Shark products, but I was not impressed with this item and returned it. It didn't feel solid, felt rickety.

I bought two of these Shark Steam Pickup 3-in-1s. I clean houses for a living and tested the first one at home on hardwood floors. It did pick up sticky residue and even some glue, which was nice. But it left little fur balls from my cats and dogs all over the place. The claim that one swipe cleans everything? Nope. I had to let the vacuum sit on each spot for a minute or two just to pick anything up, and after 15 minutes the floors still didn’t look clean — just streaky. Then I tried it on a client’s marble floors. Same problem. It steams fine, but after 25 tiles the whole floor looked like someone lightly wiped it with a damp washcloth. Worst part? It has no working trash collector. It picks up crumbs, Cheerios, or small stones but just spits them right back out instead of collecting them. I ended up having to re-mop everything. Total waste of time and money. I’m returning both.
