Outstanding product. This steam vac does exactly what's expected. Easy to use, self propelled and cleans hard floors with ease. Much better than a traditional steam mop.

So far, I am loving this floor cleaner. It is nice not to have to vacuum before mopping, as this machine does both. It is lightweight and a bit self propelled, just pulls itself along. It does a good job on my tile. It does leave streaks on my hardwood. It is a bit of trouble to take apart and clean after doing the floors but I still recommend it.

I have tile floors and this makes cleaning them so easy! It comes with 3 roller brushes, so you can swap out the dirty one and be ready for the next cleaning. It cleans nicely & floors dry quickly.

I love this machine. It makes cleaning up for me easier and I love that Shark replaced my broken one for me for free! Also the young man that helped me was very nice. I love the color of this steam pickup. It definitely removes the hard on stains from my floor. Thank you again Shark!

I’ve used this four times so far. I live down a long gravel road surrounded by farm ground. It is always dusty. It’s a fine silt. It’s relentless and never goes away. I have two dogs, one is a Bernese that sheds enough hair to make a wig for another dog, daily. This little machine does wonders for my dark floors. It gets the silt and the mud easily. I do vacuum first due to the amount of hair and silt. I don’t think there’s a floor stream machine out that could handle that. My only complaint is the streaks it leaves behind. I have dark vinyl planks and even regular mops leave streaks but I was hoping for a little bit of magic. Overall very happy with my purchase.

The head is only 9.5x5.5 very small for large floors. It seem like it took me forever. It did pick up Morgan I thought it would but floors still had dirt on them. The brush picked up dirt but did not wash floors.

I normally LOVE Shark products, but I was not impressed with this item and returned it. It didn’t feel solid, felt rickety.

I bought two of these Shark Steam Pickup 3-in-1s. I clean houses for a living and tested the first one at home on hardwood floors. It did pick up sticky residue and even some glue, which was nice. But it left little fur balls from my cats and dogs all over the place. The claim that one swipe cleans everything? Nope. I had to let the vacuum sit on each spot for a minute or two just to pick anything up, and after 15 minutes the floors still didn’t look clean — just streaky. Then I tried it on a client’s marble floors. Same problem. It steams fine, but after 25 tiles the whole floor looked like someone lightly wiped it with a damp washcloth. Worst part? It has no working trash collector. It picks up crumbs, Cheerios, or small stones but just spits them right back out instead of collecting them. I ended up having to re-mop everything. Total waste of time and money. I’m returning both.

This is definitely not like other shark products. It doesn't have hardly any power or weight to clean the floor. It rotates for you so when you pull it back like you would a vacuum, any debris but especially pet hair, comes right back out of it. It would be nice if you didn't have pets and didn't bring in any dirt or sand in the house, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. I bought it maybe an hour ago and will be returning it asap.
