The Shark Steam Pickup Vacuum Mop is very easy to use, quick to set up and clean when done using. Moving across the floors I use it on is extremely fast and efficient- why I purchased it. The variable heat seems okay, I tend to use it on the highest setting to be sure of thorough cleaning/sanitizing. Storage is great, I like the compact storage unit it comes with- perfect size, doesn't take up a large area in the cleaning gear closet and hold the Shark Steam Pickup Vacuum Mop in place.

I’ve used this four times so far. I live down a long gravel road surrounded by farm ground. It is always dusty. It’s a fine silt. It’s relentless and never goes away. I have two dogs, one is a Bernese that sheds enough hair to make a wig for another dog, daily. This little machine does wonders for my dark floors. It gets the silt and the mud easily. I do vacuum first due to the amount of hair and silt. I don’t think there’s a floor stream machine out that could handle that. My only complaint is the streaks it leaves behind. I have dark vinyl planks and even regular mops leave streaks but I was hoping for a little bit of magic. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I can safely say that this thing has been a game changer. I have four dogs and six year old, my floors get rough. The ability to stand while steaming my floor cannot be undersold (especially for my veteran husband with bad knees). I have two complaints that knocked down a star: I wish the tank and the dirty water tanks were larger and we did break it from trying to click the water tank into place but that's why you always get the warranty!

The head is only 9.5x5.5 very small for large floors. It seem like it took me forever. It did pick up Morgan I thought it would but floors still had dirt on them. The brush picked up dirt but did not wash floors.

I have owned and do own many shark cleaning products, this one is not good. I have to mop after I run it. It leave dirty water on the floor. Had it about a year and have not touched it in about 4 months. Gave away my favorite shark steam mop so now I am just moping. Not happy.

I normally LOVE Shark products, but I was not impressed with this item and returned it. It didn’t feel solid, felt rickety.

This is definitely not like other shark products. It doesn't have hardly any power or weight to clean the floor. It rotates for you so when you pull it back like you would a vacuum, any debris but especially pet hair, comes right back out of it. It would be nice if you didn't have pets and didn't bring in any dirt or sand in the house, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. I bought it maybe an hour ago and will be returning it asap.
