The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because as I am mopping it will jam up for no reason. Other than that it works great.

I'm very happy w/this product overall except one minor issue that u can't just turn the steam off & use it so it never really dries & I have to use another mop just to dry it up as it does leave quite a bit of water on the floor

It's so tiny! I didn't use the product. The cleaner was much too small for the needs that I have. It would take hours to clean the floor with this little machine. It would probably work fine for someone with a small room.

Works for mopping but I don't like that that you can't add any cleaner for scent . I also don't like there is no where for the dirty water to go so I feel like you're just pushing around the dirt

Absolutely Love this floor cleaner!!! It really does a great job at scrubbing my floors and the fact that I don't have to sweep before mopping is such a time saver!!!

This product absolutely sucks! It does a good job picking the stuff off the floor but does a terrible job cleaning the floors with the steam and it takes for ever for it to even get something off the floor it's slow. Not worth the money!!

It does pick up debris and wets my floor. HOWEVER, it does not clean my floor. After going over it with the Shark machine, I wiped the floor, and the rag was DIRTY.

This mop has been a life saver. I went from a bisell to Shark. Not only does it pick up dirt easily it makes cleaning baseboards easy as well. It leaves NO streaks. Easy to move, and it also powers forward on its own.

I've had this for about 2 weeks. And I'm not a fan. It leaves ugly streaks on the floor. And the suction doesn't pick up bread crumbs . I'll be going back to my hydrovac

Don't waste your money it doesn't work like the ad says. I am a loyal shark customer and for over 10 years I have purchased and used shark products. This one doesn't work well. Sorry for the negative feedback but it's true.
