The Shark Steam & Scrub Pickup combines powerful steam cleaning, scrubbing, and suction all in one. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and doesn't require much pressure or repetitive motions—an absolute blessing for my joints. The steam sanitizes my floors without any harsh chemicals, and the scrubbing action lifts dirt effortlessly. What used to take me hours now takes half the time and less than half the effort. My home feels cleaner, smells fresher, and I no longer dread my cleaning days. It has given me back a sense of control and freedom. I bought this mop several months ago. I really love it. It made cleaning much easier for me. It is light and easy to use. The water container is large enough to clean the whole house. Even when I put the setting on high steam I can mop 2000 sqft and refill the container only one time. It cleans well. I highly recommend this product.

I did my research in regards to what is a good steam mop. I previously had a bissell steam mop that required to change out the pads after every use… which I can tell you was quite annoying. The bissell ended up giving up on life after around 2 years of inconsistent use. So, here I am with the Shark 3-1 steam mop. Unboxing I was quite skeptical since the first thing I noticed was the size of the machine. It was just a lot smaller than what I expected, but let me tell you. The moment I started using it, my mind was blown. I didn't presweep the floor the first time I used it, and I can immediately tell the difference once I was done. The floor definitely felt cleaner and I didn't feel the itsy bitsy materials that can't be caught by the naked eye. I'm a bare foot walker inside the home, so I can feel the difference from the first time I used this mop and the bissell. The suction of the vacuum is great. The steam that comes out is even better ! It comes with 3 different intensities which also comes handy. One of the other cons of the system is the water tank size. I probably filled up twice with an intensity of steam set to “2” with a household size of around 1500-1700 sq ft. Maybe I am also just mopping slow and making sure I get all debris and steam the floor nicely and to my liking. Another con I must also mention is cleaning the system after, I definitely rinse off all the debris caught in the catcher and also the brush after every use. I mentioned earlier that I had a bissell where I just had to change out the pads, which got annoying because I just kept buying new pads instead of reusing the ones I had. With this machine, I rinse the whole catcher system out and the brush roll.. that might be disgusting to some but I don't really mind it at all if it will help keep the system running as smooth as possible and effective. Nonetheless, I have no regrets not going back to bissell because this machine most definitely exceeded all expectations and takes the ugh out of mopping! Having this in your household arsenal will only make you want to steam your floors atleast 3-4x / wk, which is what I am doing now! worth every investment!

A bit complicated to operate first time, but does a fabulous job. Worth the money as there are no disposable pads or cleaning solution to purchase forever. I had 2 Shark steam mops for many years and loved that I could clean thoroughly with no chemicals. They finally stopped working and this is a great replacement!

I absolutely love this floor cleaner. I love that I don't have to deal with solutions. It cleans well. My only complaint is that the wet compartment is very small. If the amount of liquid is bigger you have to stop and empty the tray and keep going, otherwise you just push liquid around your floor. Other than that the brush is great it steams up quickly and does really well at even tough grim!

Love the idea of a steam mop! I purchased the mop right before they went on sale. My 600sqft apartment laminate floors were in need of a good clean. I was very excited for this purchase but feel it fell short. To start I absolutely love how light and quiet it is. It was very easy to assemble and get it going. However the dirt water reservoir holds less than half the amount of clean water so it has to be changed many times. The living room area took about an hour to clean between focusing on areas that have heavy traffic and emptying and refilling the water. Another thing I didn't like was that it leaves behind a lot of water. Before I could move on to a different area I would have to go over it with a dry microfiber towel. For the price I would not recommend

I am not entirely convinced yet, my children said, Mom smells like a horse butt when you use what you put inside. I replied that only cold water

I do love the idea but I would let go of how quite it is for more power. Definitely does everything I wanted it to! Rally helps with hard floor!
