Don't waste your money it doesn't work like the ad says. I am a loyal shark customer and for over 10 years I have purchased and used shark products. This one doesn't work well. Sorry for the negative feedback but it's true.

I'm very happy w/this product overall except one minor issue that u can't just turn the steam off & use it so it never really dries & I have to use another mop just to dry it up as it does leave quite a bit of water on the floor

It's so tiny! I didn't use the product. The cleaner was much too small for the needs that I have. It would take hours to clean the floor with this little machine. It would probably work fine for someone with a small room.

Light, long cord, easy to clean up afterwards, uses water only, no chemicals, picks up dirt, has a lights on it, very easy to assemble. Easier to push on my tile floors than the pad type steamers.

This product absolutely sucks! It does a good job picking the stuff off the floor but does a terrible job cleaning the floors with the steam and it takes for ever for it to even get something off the floor it's slow. Not worth the money!!

I got similar problems as one user posted. The dirty water suction worked when I used it for the first time. But since the second use, the dirty water tank was always empty and the mop head would be very dirty after use and the steam smelled just like dirt. So, the head was not self clean not all and left the floor not clean either and even make the room smell bad after dirty steam evaporated.

I had the original steam mop/vac I absolutely loved it, this is the worst redesign ever made! I have used it 3 times and it's sit the remaining time. Like a lot of people I also have a ton of water and streaks left on the floor after using this even on the lowest steam setting (I've tried them all) very very disappointed in this product

Love the idea of a steam mop! I purchased the mop right before they went on sale. My 600sqft apartment laminate floors were in need of a good clean. I was very excited for this purchase but feel it fell short. To start I absolutely love how light and quiet it is. It was very easy to assemble and get it going. However the dirt water reservoir holds less than half the amount of clean water so it has to be changed many times. The living room area took about an hour to clean between focusing on areas that have heavy traffic and emptying and refilling the water. Another thing I didn't like was that it leaves behind a lot of water. Before I could move on to a different area I would have to go over it with a dry microfiber towel. For the price I would not recommend

A bit complicated to operate first time, but does a fabulous job. Worth the money as there are no disposable pads or cleaning solution to purchase forever. I had 2 Shark steam mops for many years and loved that I could clean thoroughly with no chemicals. They finally stopped working and this is a great replacement!

I absolutely love this floor cleaner. I love that I don't have to deal with solutions. It cleans well. My only complaint is that the wet compartment is very small. If the amount of liquid is bigger you have to stop and empty the tray and keep going, otherwise you just push liquid around your floor. Other than that the brush is great it steams up quickly and does really well at even tough grim!
