The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because as I am mopping it will jam up for no reason. Other than that it works great.

Love it. Needed something that was easy to clean and maintain. Something that did the work of sweeping and mopping together.

I do love the idea but I would let go of how quite it is for more power. Definitely does everything I wanted it to! Rally helps with hard floor!

It's not what I expected, it makes the floor very wet, it doesn't suck well. The roller gets very wet and then doesn't dry the floor well. 😓

Works for mopping but I don't like that that you can't add any cleaner for scent . I also don't like there is no where for the dirty water to go so I feel like you're just pushing around the dirt

Absolutely Love this floor cleaner!!! It really does a great job at scrubbing my floors and the fact that I don't have to sweep before mopping is such a time saver!!!

This mop has been a life saver. I went from a bisell to Shark. Not only does it pick up dirt easily it makes cleaning baseboards easy as well. It leaves NO streaks. Easy to move, and it also powers forward on its own.

I did not like the cleaner because it drops large amounts of water and the catch baskets for the trash are too small. Also, when you want to clean the trash bins everything is wet.
