This is the worst thing I have ever purchased. I had to mop over what I had already mopped. It is terrible and I was so excited to use this until I used it. For the price I expected so much more.

I had bought a bissel steamer and returned it. It was top heavy and you had to hold a button down for it to work. The Shark is easy to use, works awesome, my floors feel so clean. It's easy to take apart for cleaning. I highly recommend the Shark steamer. We have 3 big dogs and wood floors and tile, it does a great job lots of steam making everything very clean.

It's ok. I did not like it. It is not what I expected. You still end up “cleaning” the floor with a dirty mop pad/roller. It doesn't pick up water so you end up just pushing the dirty steam water all over. It leaves a lot of water on the floor. I do like that it does pick up debris off the floor and it steams but not that it doesn't clean the brush from the dirty steam water.

I've owned this device for awhile and love it. I do sweep first if im doing all the rooms so I don't create muddy floors. For spills, one stop cleanup. I have learned to pull out the brush and wet it first. This allows the dirty water to pass back to the collection wells rather than make dirty water on the brush to then be spread all over. If used right, it's a great addition to your cleaning arsenal!

I bought this after returning the mess master. I didn't like the mess master at all. This product seems Way better. Maybe it's the steam, but those small sticky messes in the kitchen are definitely no match to the steam! The vac part seems much better on this one, too.

I bought it a month ago and first I have to say I do love it!! It makes me feel my house is really CLEAN, but now.. since the 3rd use (have used it like 4/5 times only, like once a week) I notice it leaves a lot of water residues on the floor and the water tray is pretty much dry/empty when I clean it. Makes me wonder if there is something not working properly or is it normal? I just have to go back and dry the spots w/paper towel but in every use this increments. Would love to know how to fix this as I AM IN LOVE with this steam mop.

I bought this a few weeks ago. I tried it out this week for the 1st time and I must say Im quite impressed. I was impressed with the Shark regular steam mop, thats why I decided to upgrade to this one and I am glad I did. What use to take me 3 hrs to old school mop my house now takes me less than an hr with moving stuff around on the floor to get all the spots. This is a huge time saver and the floors feel so clean, Ive never had floors feel so clean after mopping until the Shark steam mops.

Being in the medical field, I'm a germaphobic! I love the steam cleaning feature of this floor cleaner. They don't even advertise how it swivels around corners, it doesn't miss a spot. I paid over double what I paid for this for a different floor cleaner and it leaves an ugly 1” stripe from the wall, plus you're always running out of soap. ($$) This is soo quiet you can still talk to someone in the next room. The tray it comes with keeps it neat & organized. I LOVE this cleaner and highly recommend it.

This replaced an old-style steamer I have been using for year and did not clean all that well. I love the way this steamer cleans and picks up anything left on the floor at the same time. It also has an extremely long cord so I can do large areas without have to move to a different outlet. It doesn't say it is required, but I do use Distilled Water as I think if does a better job of creating steam without clogging the machine.
