I bought this after returning the mess master. I didn't like the mess master at all. This product seems Way better. Maybe it's the steam, but those small sticky messes in the kitchen are definitely no match to the steam! The vac part seems much better on this one, too.

Being in the medical field, I'm a germaphobic! I love the steam cleaning feature of this floor cleaner. They don't even advertise how it swivels around corners, it doesn't miss a spot. I paid over double what I paid for this for a different floor cleaner and it leaves an ugly 1” stripe from the wall, plus you're always running out of soap. ($$) This is soo quiet you can still talk to someone in the next room. The tray it comes with keeps it neat & organized. I LOVE this cleaner and highly recommend it.

Don't waste your money. Find something else that actually cleans

Does a great job, easy to use! The ceramic floors are spotless.

I have to keep dumping the dirty water. Holding take should be bigger.

We have used this cleaner a couple of times with no complaints. It works great.

No happy with it. Not the same quality as my originsl purchase. I liked the fact I didn't have to touch a ything on my old model yiy just pushed a button and the pad slipped off allowing you to replace it

I bought this a few weeks ago & I love it. I am elderly with vinyl floors & pets. This makes cleaning a breeze & I know they are super clean. I also care for 90+ year old parent. Cleaning up after them is now easy.
