No happy with it. Not the same quality as my originsl purchase. I liked the fact I didn't have to touch a ything on my old model yiy just pushed a button and the pad slipped off allowing you to replace it

I am about to recommend this product to my own mom! I love this steam cleaner and so glad it is now a staple in my home!

You can really see the steam come out, and I love that there are 3 levels of steam so you can adjust based on the floor type you're going. The cord was a good length, too, so I was not having to unplug and replug often. I thought the water tank was small but it actually lasted a good while before I had to refill. The debris it picked up was easy to have removed from the machine. It was overall a stress-free experience. It even propels slightly forward so it was less effort for me. Now I'm thinking of getting these to gift for family for the holidays. Would also make a really nice housewarming gift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product, there's 3 levels to the steam, my floors are white and get dirty very easily and this is great for touch ups, I clean my house in sections to make sure everything get completely dried before moving on, it makes very little noise , I try to empty the collected water couple times every cleaning. I'm in love it makes moping so easy, it just not great picking up hair.

I have neck and back issues and this Shark Steam Pickup 3-in-1 Hard Floor Cleaner couldn't make it easier to clean my linoleum floors in my home. This floor cleaner is super lightweight and just about pulls itself across the floor while sucking up loose dirt and easily steaming away the floors daily messes. Quite honestly I don't know how I haven't owned one of these floor cleaners years ago!

I like that this one can sanitize the floor without any chemicals. I love that it's able to pick up debris and dirts. My toddler leaves trail of cereals or chip crumbs on the floor all the time so I like the convenience of using this cleaner to pick up all the cereals and crumbs while cleaning the floors. I also love that the noise level odd very low. I can clean the floor while my toddler sleep without worrying that it would wake her up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark steamer works great on hard style floors. I was pleased and relieved to finally get the glue gunk off the tiles! Nothing I had tried had worked until Shark. I used the deep cleaning feature and let the Shark go to work. It softened and removed the glue residue. It isn't too noisy and is fairly easy to move around. I don't like the cumbersome way to empty the dirty water and debris. Your hands will get dirty so gloves might be used. A bright spot is that it comes with a tray on which to set it to dry.
