It's good. We like it. It does as advertised. We like how it's just water, and we feel the floors are clean and sanitary. Not great around the perimeter, we feel we need to clean the corners, especially near the toe kick under the base cabinets. We have polished tile floor in our kitchen & bath. It leaves it streaky, doesn't look grea when it dries. My wife feels like she needs to broom that floor specifically, prior to running this device. Overall, we like it and we're going to keep it. We don't think it's suitable for the desired appearance on a polished tile floor.

I wanted to use it multiple times to give time for any cons and I am pros to say that I LOVE THIS SHARK! What I thought was best about it was that there is no need for pre cleaning or vacuuming. The steam options works so well and I love how it keeps the wet and dry junk separate. Easy to clean and easy to store. I am beyond happy with this product and I actually enjoying cleaning my floors! Total satisfaction!!

After adding distilled water to the tank, my floor was completely clean after 30 minutes. The living room, dining room, and kitchen! There was no need to use numerous machines because it performs everything. It simultaneously sanitizes, mops, and vacuums. Additionally, it doesn't contain any harsh chemicals, so I don't have to worry about my pets getting any exposure! You don't have to wait on the floor to try to prevent footprints because the steam dries quickly. Half of the kitchen was dry by the time I was done!

It's not too bulky and is pretty early to maneuver. My only issue is it's hard to get into the little nooks and crannies.

I tested it out by cleaning on a small area of carpet. I rated it 4 stars because it was not easy to pull apart to clean out the machine.

I watched it pick up debris as I mopped. This will be a handy tool for me since I have dogs that are always tracking stuff in. This will cover two things at once. It's not super big so can be stored fairly easily in the closet.
