I mopped my kitchen floor exactly one week ago, and no matter how many times I mopped, the water was still dirtyAfter cleaning the floor, I wiped it with a white rag… and it was spotless! I'm pretty sure this is the first time in 20 years my kitchen floor has been perfectly clean. Looking at the debris it picked up, I noticed all kinds of junk--there were even cheese crumbs! Those probably wouldn't have been picked up by a mop, but this steam mop did a great job lifting everything off the tile. In the end, I have no complaints and will definitely recommend this to family and friends. It was SO much easier than mopping and got my floor MUCH cleaner. I've already tossed my mop and supplies in the trash. This steam mop has completely changed the way I clean my tile floors

I bought this a couple weeks ago and it will take a few cleans with it before you will start to see how much cleaner your floors can actually be but it is totally worth it. It picks up all the dog hair that mopping and sweeping leave behind. I am very satisfied when cleaning out the tray that catches the dirt and pet hair. I cant believe how much my mop actually leaves behind. I talked my best friend into getting one and she bought it the same day and is so happy with the results!
