[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a time saver!!! I love that I can vacuum debris and steam the floors at the same time. It's nice to know my floors are sanitized without using harsh chemicals. It's lightweight and compact enough to maneuver and carry around easily. Assembly was easy, considering I'm not a mechanical person. We have laminate floors that cleaned to a beautiful, shiny finish. The dry time is much faster compared to regular mopping. I highly recommend adding this to your cleaning supplies!

Seems pretty durable but I wasn’t exactly banging it around to really test it. It did the job as well as any other steam mom, I really like that it vaccums and sanitizes with the steam, but I did swiffer the floor before to not get any hairs tangled in the roller, but as I was mopping it didn’t seem to matter as the hair didn’t seem to get wrapped around the roller like on a vaccum, it simply pushed any hairs that were on the ground back out all over the floor, so I had to pick them up by hand. Not the end of the world but could be annoying to some.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark steamer works great on hard style floors. I was pleased and relieved to finally get the glue gunk off the tiles! Nothing I had tried had worked until Shark. I used the deep cleaning feature and let the Shark go to work. It softened and removed the glue residue. It isn’t too noisy and is fairly easy to move around. I don’t like the cumbersome way to empty the dirty water and debris. Your hands will get dirty so gloves might be used. A bright spot is that it comes with a tray on which to set it to dry.

The 3 different cleaning options is great for different situations. The stand it comes with is really nice and I like that it has a spot or the roller to slide into and dry after use. I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mopper is like the Cadillac of all of the steam mops I’ve used it almost drives itself. It sweeps and mops you just have to clean it after each use. I really like it because it only uses steam so you don’t have to constantly buy products and it’s also great I feel safe cleaning with it having my dog walk on the floor and lick his paws to not get sick from chemicals! Would def recommend it!

A bit complicated to operate first time, but does a fabulous job. Worth the money as there are no disposable pads or cleaning solution to purchase forever. I had 2 Shark steam mops for many years and loved that I could clean thoroughly with no chemicals. They finally stopped working and this is a great replacement!
