I mopped my kitchen floor exactly one week ago, and no matter how many times I mopped, the water was still dirtyAfter cleaning the floor, I wiped it with a white rag… and it was spotless! I'm pretty sure this is the first time in 20 years my kitchen floor has been perfectly clean. Looking at the debris it picked up, I noticed all kinds of junk--there were even cheese crumbs! Those probably wouldn't have been picked up by a mop, but this steam mop did a great job lifting everything off the tile. In the end, I have no complaints and will definitely recommend this to family and friends. It was SO much easier than mopping and got my floor MUCH cleaner. I've already tossed my mop and supplies in the trash. This steam mop has completely changed the way I clean my tile floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say I was pleasantly surprised with how well this worked, but what's holding me back from giving it 5 stars is the fact that when I received it I had hoped it would work on carpets as well but it only works on hard floors, but it's still useful for cleanings in the kitchen/bathrooms!

I tested it out by cleaning on a small area of carpet. I rated it 4 stars because it was not easy to pull apart to clean out the machine.

I had a Shark steam mop with the pads for years. It finally quit on me. I am so happy with this upgrade. I cracked a rib just after I received it but just couldn't wait to try it. I only finished one room but was so happy that it really propelled itself. It was super easy to use and the dirt and grime that was picked up was amazing. I can't wait to use it on the whole house
