Auto dispensers release the exact amount of detergent required at the right time. It is also incredibly convenient to load them up rather than adding detergent each time.

The ability to toss clothes in and hit go without having to worry about switching from one unit to another is awesome. With so many washing features to choose from trying to figure the best way to wash a load has never been easier. Honestly doesn't get better than this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great washer dryer. The pro's: Dried laundry comes out completely dry. Don't need to change the load from a washer to a drier. No need for a vent. We have this in our garage and since its a heat pump it air conditions the garage as a by product of running the drier. The machine can sense how to wash and dry the clothes and it works well. The only con, which isn't really a con is that you have to clean the lint trap between each load (which i always do with any dryer) or it will not work as efficiently. BTW, this is very efficient for power and water as well.

I toss in my clothes and get a message on my phone when everything is done. I have it integrated with Smartthings and I am aware of the entire process. I love that I can load the detergent and softener in-the tank and not have to worry. I also like the fact it will remind me to clean the lint filter before the next wash. The menu and interface are great and can also be loaded from my phone. It's also nice to get the whole job done half the space of my old setup.

The other one I had there was consistent issues with this one is more advanced than the original we had in previous house. I can't praise this one enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working great no issues. Good, very power efficient. The bad, if left in eco modes, it takes hours to do a load. For our use, it works great as we load in up yhe night before, then it's done in the morning, then we load in morning, it's done when we get home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my combo for about a year and a half so far so good especially because I have it outdoors, I do have it protected and on the pedestal so that helped but I guess my issue is more towards the SmartThings app. Sometimes it'll disconnect or I thought I started the wash, but I guess the phone app didn't communicate with the washer. Even though I put start now, I have to stare at it until I know it's starting. But the AI caught on to my laundry and my clothes feel perfect. I do stop the dryer sometimes manually though. It'll add more time than what I feel is more than enough dry.
