However the time it takes to complete a load are very misleading from the advertisements and take much longer. Also the coils collect pet hair and lent which is frustrating because it’s very hard to reach. I feel like they could’ve been designed for easier maintenance. We love everything else just wish it were a little more convenient.

We are very impressed with the ease of use of the electronic display. Starting a load is a logical process. The overall quietness of operation for the washing and drying cycles are truly amazing. We are sure this machine will last us a long time. We intend to add the riser for the machine to set on.

I feel cheated! I read reviews and did research. I have had the machine in my home for less than 30 days and it has already been a nightmare. it has given two error codes about the heat exchanger and then last night it flooded my entire laundry room. I have never experienced such a poor result from a supposed premium machine. I requested a refund and/or exchange to a normal non all in one. Samsung told me no and that there was nothing that they can do. Of course I scheduled the repair but this is very alarming already!! I feel cheated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung AI Combo washer and dryer works great overall, but cleaning the dryer vent is almost impossible. If the vent isn’t cleaned regularly, the drying time increases dramatically. I’ve had loads take more than 5–6 hours to dry completely.

After pretty heavy use, we’ve had 0 issues with it so far. The water and electricity efficiency is beyond anything I’m used to with washers and dryers. I was concerned that it wouldn’t be large enough for us, but the capacity is surprisingly large! The touch screen interface is super easy to navigate and the ability to connect it to the smart things app has made scheduling laundry super easy!
